Rosé
Vivid pink colour accompanies white chocolate, strawberry, cherry, watermelon and chamomile blossom. The palate is juicy and balanced, with ripe berry flavours, floral lift, tart refreshing acidity and a lingering soft finish. Pinot Noir fruit came from the Willamette Valley in Oregon through a partnership with growers there. The dry, light-bodied style also carries raspberry and citrus notes. The wine was crafted in British Columbia.

This dry rosé is made from Pinot Noir grown specifically for the style. The Lake Country estate covers sixty-one acres across thirteen vineyard blocks near Lake Okanagan, with Pinot Noir central to its production. The wine comes from British Columbia's Okanagan Valley, was bottled in 1.5-litre format and received a silver medal at the All Canadian Wine Championships.

Dark cherry and dried red currant lead, joined by sage, chocolate mint and a measured touch of oak spice. The palate is poised and lively, with fresh acidity carrying sour cherry and cinnamon through a supple middle. Fine tannins and savoury detail shape a vibrant, clean finish. Serve with duck, salmon or wild mushrooms.
