Medium fluorescent pink colour accompanies bright red cherry, strawberry and watermelon. The bone-dry palate is zesty and concentrated, with a creamy texture and cranberry acidity. Pinot Noir from Garnet Valley received three hours of skin contact. The crop yielded two tons per acre. The wine comes from Summerland Bench in the Okanagan Valley, with freshness throughout and a hint of smoke in the finish.

Dark cherry and ripe raspberry open with earthy depth and a quiet green-tea note. The palate is delicate yet expressive, with fresh acidity and a silky texture carrying the red fruit cleanly. Fine savoury detail builds through an elegant finish, making it a polished match for roast duck, salmon or mushroom risotto.
