Thornhaven Estates Winery

Jan and Jack Fraser’s family-owned Thornhaven estate sits on a hillside near Summerland, on the western side of the Okanagan Valley. Established in 1999, it farms three vineyards totalling 18.5 acres, planted with varieties for both red and white wines.

Cellar master Jason Fraser works with consulting winemaker Christine Leroux, while other family members contribute to the vineyards and hospitality. The cellar uses stainless steel as well as French and American oak, with the choice of vessel matched to the wine.
