Herbal, plummy and cherry notes appear with an earthy, gamey woodland character. Ripe strawberry and smoke are also present in a juicy profile. The finish is slightly tart and astringent. The wine is made from Pinot Noir grown in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley. Its pale garnet colour and watery rim complete a relatively light visual profile.
