A Sunday in August 2017 Pinot Noir
$31.99
Bright, crunchy cranberry appears with funky, savoury mushroom. The Pinot Noir fruit came from the Similkameen Valley in British Columbia. The small project was officially launched that year, following its first wines made under another winery’s licence. Its founding approach centred on natural wine from organically and biodynamically farmed grapes sourced within British Columbia. The label’s guiding principles included supporting local organic growers, natural fermentation and small-batch production.
