Ovorra 2023 Reserva Casablanca Valley Pinot Noir

Delicate ruby in colour, with violet flashes. Raspberry, black tea and spice appear in the profile. The palate is silky and medium-bodied, with soft vanilla and juicy red berries. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, the wine comes from Chile’s Casablanca Valley. Its coastal site is windswept, and the range’s Pinot Noir combines wild berries with layered complexity.

About Ovorra
Ovorra makes wines from Chile’s Central, Casablanca, Colchagua and Maipo valleys. Chief winemaker Ximena Echeverría leads the cellar alongside oenologist Rodrigo Sala. They work in small lots, favour slow fermentations and keep intervention restrained.
