Sébastien Morin 2020 Arcane
French Red
Deep fruit and fine tannins shape the profile. Gamay comes from old vines on sandy granitic soils near the cellar in Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières. Seventy percent of the fruit is destemmed and layered with whole bunches for fermentation. The vineyard is farmed organically without certification. Fermentation is spontaneous, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no additives.
Le Vieux Pin 2025 Vaïla Pinot Noir Rosé
Canadian Rosé
Pale salmon colour accompanies strawberry, rhubarb, grapefruit, mineral and earthy notes, with bright red fruit. The wine is dry and made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in the Okanagan Valley at Skaha Bluff, Okanagan Falls and Oliver. Grapes spend twenty-three hours on the skins. Gentle pressing is followed by six months in stainless steel. Alcohol is 12.5 percent.
Wesbert 2021 Bettie’s Meritage White
Canadian White
Grassy and citrus aromas accompany lemon and lime flavours, with a crisply dry finish. The white combines sixty percent Sémillon and forty percent Sauvignon Blanc. The varieties are co-fermented. Fresh green apple and gooseberry add to the profile. The wine comes from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. The winery purchased a 4.3-acre Naramata Bench vineyard planted with both varieties.
Albino Rocca 2019 Rosso di Rocca Langhe Nebbiolo
Italian Red
This red blends Nebbiolo with a small amount of Cabernet Franc. Its profile is fragrant and soft, with flavour concentration and fresh character. Fruit comes from a vineyard at Magliano Alfieri, on the left bank of the Tanaro, and from parcels in eastern Barbaresco. The wine sees no wood and is finished at 13.5 percent alcohol.
Il Palazzo 2020 Chianti Riserva
Italian Red
Ruby-purple colour accompanies red and black fruit, including currant, cassis, sour cherry and black-cherry syrup. Peach skin appears with rhubarb root, cinchona and liquorice. The profile includes delicate tannins, freshness and balance. The blend combines ninety percent Sangiovese with five percent Canaiolo and five percent Colorino. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature; maturation uses stainless steel and large oak.

Canadian Red
Garnet red colour appears with dark cherries, earth, raspberries, spice, aniseed, leather, plum and beetroot. The palate is well balanced, with smooth, ripe tannins and flavours that mirror the aromatic profile. A medium-long finish follows. This blend combines Syrah and Cabernet Franc and comes from Oliver, British Columbia. Aeration or decanting is recommended before serving.
Esencia Rural 2017 De Sol a Sol Velasco
Spanish Red
Juicy red fruit, herbal notes and spice meet a deep, fresh and savoury palate. Marked acidity and integrated tannins accompany a long, slightly balsamic finish. The wine is made from Tinto Velasco grown near Quero in La Mancha. The vineyard covers less than one hectare and contains vines about 150 years old on sandy, calcareous soils. Grapes are hand harvested and fermented with native yeasts.
Fabio Oberto 2020 Collina di Dioniso Langhe Nascetta
Italian White
This still white is made entirely from Nascetta. The fruit is hand harvested in crates on 28 August from vines with west and southwest exposures. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. The wine matures for three months on its lees in steel and then spends three months in bottle. Alcohol is thirteen percent and residual sugar is below one gram per litre.
Moraine 2022 Sophia Vineyard Pinot Noir
Canadian Red
Red cherry, red berries, spice and underbrush appear with bright fruit, fine tannins and freshness. A subtle hint of toasted oak accompanies a silky-soft texture. Clone 777 Pinot Noir from the Sophia Vineyard is hand harvested and fermented as whole berries. The estate vineyard is on the Naramata Bench in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia.
J. Moreau & Fils 2020 Gloire de Chablis
French White
Clear golden colour accompanies creamy aromas and exotic fruit. The wine is complex and fresh, with crisp citrus and almond flavours followed by a long, pleasant aftertaste. Made entirely from Chardonnay grown in Chablis, it contains 12.5 percent alcohol. This white comes from Burgundy and carries the Chablis appellation. The house was founded in Chablis in 1814.
Provenance 2021 Dead Eye Chardonnay
American White
Ripe pineapple, white peach, crushed white pepper, honeysuckle and pineapple rind form the aromatic profile. Baked apple and brioche add further detail. The medium-bodied palate includes peaches, Asian pear and cantaloupe, with a sumptuous mouthfeel and a long finish. The fruit comes from Monterey County on California's Central Coast. This dry white is made from Chardonnay.
Black Stallion 2023 North Coast Chardonnay
American White
Orange blossom, lemon curd and toasted almond aromas accompany luscious fruit, toasted bread, caramel and a light butter finish. Grapes come from North Coast vineyards in the Russian River Valley, Mendocino and Napa Valley. Fruit is harvested at night and pressed into fermentation tanks. Portions ferment on French oak, with weekly stirring, and the full blend completes malolactic fermentation. Alcohol is 14.5 percent.
Fratelli Serio & Battista Borgogno 2024 Langhe Nebbiolo
Italian Red
Rose, strawberry and raspberry appear with balsamic sweet mint and present, crunchy tannins. Cranberry and acidity are also present. The wine is extra dry and medium-bodied. Made entirely from Nebbiolo, it comes from younger vines in Barolo. This red carries the Langhe Nebbiolo DOC designation and comes from Piedmont. The bottling is organic, sustainable and vegan.
Adegas Terrae 2022 Deseu Treixadura Ribeiro
Spanish White
Floral notes are joined by marmalade, honey and mature white fruit. The palate is broad, persistent and fresh, with the aromatic elements also present in the mouth. The wine is made entirely from Treixadura grown on the granitic soils known locally as sabrego in Ribeiro. It comes from Galicia in northwestern Spain and contains thirteen percent alcohol. Jasmine, white pepper and lychee are also present.
Sage Hills 2022 Gewürztraminer
Canadian White
Floral character comes with lychee, ginger, lemon and subtle spice. Gewürztraminer from the certified-organic estate was harvested in three separate pickings during October. Wild fermentation took place in neutral oak and stainless steel. The wine then aged on its lees for eight months, received minimal sulphites, and was bottled unfined and unfiltered. The finished white contains fourteen percent alcohol by volume.
Kir-Yianni 2024 The North Assyrtiko
Greek White
Citrus, bay leaf, lime blossom and ripe white peach meet juicy acidity, roundness and mineral character. The finish is concentrated, lingering and saline. Assyrtiko comes from young vines in the mountainous vineyards of Amyndeon. The grapes are cooled overnight and cold macerated. After fermentation, the wine spends four to five months on its lees. This dry white contains 13.5 percent alcohol and is classified as sustainable and vegan.

French Sparkling
Fine bubbles accompany white-fruit and floral scents. The palate is lively and powerful, with apricot and a rich, harmonious character. This white sparkling wine is made entirely from Chenin in Vouvray using the traditional method. The cuvée comes from a family estate in the Loire Valley. The wine contains 12.5 percent alcohol and 6.6 grams per litre of residual sugar.
Weingut Beurer 2022 Trollinger Trocken
German Red
Trollinger grows on Bunter Mergel and Kieselsandstein soils below the Pulvermacher vineyard. The old vines cover 1.2 hectares on a steep, south-facing slope. Most clusters are destemmed and given a cold maceration. After several days, some juice is bled for rosé and the remainder is warmed for fermentation. The wine receives a short élevage before bottling with minimal sulphur. The finished red is lighter-bodied and unoaked.
Viña Costeira 2023 Tamborá Godello Ribeiro
Spanish White
Greenish yellow with golden reflections, showing white fruit, apple, pear, floral and botanical notes over a mineral background. The palate is balanced, broad and unctuous, with a glyceric, persistent finish and a herbal aftertaste. Godello is hand harvested in eighteen-kilogram boxes in San Cibrao. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at eighteen degrees, followed by four to six months on lees and maturation in tank. The sandy, granite-origin soils contain schist.
Julien Pineau 2021 Parce Que
French Red
Black cherry, cassis, nuts and cassis-jam character are present. Tannins are also present, with astringency in the finish. Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon are macerated separately before fermentation and maturation. The organically farmed fruit comes from several French growers. Sulphur totals fifteen milligrams per litre, alcohol is thirteen percent, and the wine is classified as a French red.
Castell’In Villa 2022 Gazzarina Toscana
Italian Red
This pure Sangiovese red is slender and tonic, with youthful fruit and freshness. The grapes receive a short maceration to preserve their lively character, and the wine can be served lightly chilled at thirteen to fourteen degrees. It comes from Tuscany under the Toscana IGT designation, contains 13.5 percent alcohol, and is bottled as a still red wine.
Adriano Marco e Vittorio 2021 Lice Freisa Langhe
Italian Red
Cherry, strawberry, raspberry and rose meet a fresh, vinous character. The palate has moderate body, present tannins and an easy flow. Freisa comes from the family's first planting of the variety, a parcel once belonging to an uncle named Felice. Fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel, with no wood used. The wine is classified as organic and matures in steel and bottle.
Tenute RaDe 2018 Derthona Timorasso Colli Tortonesi
Italian White
Pale yellow with golden highlights, showing dried fruit, honey and walnut. The palate is full-bodied, savoury and persistent. Timorasso grows on sandy soils in the Colli Tortonesi. Hand-harvested grapes are cold macerated and gently pressed, followed by static clarification and slow low-temperature fermentation. The wine remains on fine lees for six months with regular bâtonnage, then ages a further six months in bottle.
Tantalus 2024 Riesling
Canadian White
Mandarin, apple, pink grapefruit, citrus pith and wet stone are present. Riesling comes from Grimsby Hillside and Picone Vineyard in Ontario, where both sites are planted to clone 21B. Whole-bunch-pressed juice settled for two days, was refrigerated, and travelled to British Columbia. The final blend contains just under fifteen grams per litre of residual sugar and has tension.
Kir-Yianni 2023 Malagousia Single Block Bara
Greek White
Lemon-green in colour, with orange blossom, jasmine, white peach, pear and quince. Crispness meets a rich mouthfeel and a long finish. Malagousia comes from Block 11 at Samaropetra, on a ten-percent northwest-facing slope at 720 metres. The grapes are hand harvested, selected, given skin contact and fermented in stainless steel, with gentle lees stirring during the final six months.
Rigour & Whimsy 2023 Bite of the Dragon Riesling
Canadian White
Certified-organic Riesling comes from the Sekhon family vineyard in Osoyoos, British Columbia. Whole clusters are direct pressed, and the juice settles before being racked to older barrels. Fermentation and ageing take place on full solids, after which the wine returns to stainless steel for bottling. The finished white wine contains 12.5 percent alcohol by volume.
Soalheiro 2024 Alvarinho
Portuguese White
Citrus and concentrated tropical fruit meet floral character and mineral notes. The palate is dry, medium-bodied, textured and fresh, with a dense finish. Alvarinho is hand harvested from granite soils in Vinho Verde. Production includes pressing, forty-eight hours of cold settling and two months of stainless-steel fermentation at eighteen degrees. The wine also receives bâtonnage.
Viña Marty 2023 Goutte d’Argent Pinot Noir
Chilean Red
Fresh red cherry, strawberry, cassis and blueberry meet rose, granite and leather. The palate is fresh, light and mineral, with juicy fruit, fine tannins and a persistent finish. Pinot Noir comes from the Leyda Valley. Fermentation uses Japanese sake yeast at low temperature in stainless steel, followed by thirty days on the lees with weekly stirring. The wine is sustainably farmed.
Domaine Jean Bourdy Crémant du Jura NV
French Sparkling
Pear, apple, grapefruit and lemon meet delicate floral notes. The palate is lively and fresh, with fine bubbles, a silky texture, mineral character and subtle brioche and yeast. Chardonnay is vinified as a white wine in tank. A second fermentation takes place in bottle, followed by twelve months on the lees and disgorgement with a light dosage.
Franz Strohmeier 2019 TLZ Rot No. 10
Austrian Red
Ripe small red fruit and blueberry meet smoky character. The palate is smooth and delicate, with fine tannins. Fruit comes from twenty-eight-year-old vines rooted in gneiss and rocky soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, with five weeks of skin contact before pressing. The wine matures for twenty months in wooden barrels and is bottled without added sulphur.
