Vignerons de Buxy 2018 Buissonnier Pinot Noir Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise

Red fruit, light tannins and smoky character give this Pinot Noir a soft yet structured profile. The vineyards lie between Buxy and Saint-Gengoux-le-National on shallow, ventilated limestone soils with pebbles and east-to-southeast-facing slopes. The wine ages first in stainless steel, then in oak barrels or casks. Its balance and supple texture suit grilled meats, lamb, duck or firm cheeses.
Oro Bello 2016 Chardonnay
American White
Pineapple, kiwi and Meyer lemon shape the fruit profile. The palate is smooth, fresh and balanced, with integrated toasted oak. Pear-tart notes bring baking spice, butter and fruit to a full-bodied, dry style with a rich, lingering finish. This California Chardonnay carries 13.8 percent alcohol and can accompany guacamole, fresh salsa or grilled garlic-lime prawns.

Canadian Sparkling
Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc form this traditional-method sparkling wine from organic Okanagan vineyards. The grapes are whole-cluster pressed and fermented dry in stainless steel before blending and a second fermentation in bottle. First produced in the early nineteen-nineties, the cuvée is aged in the winery's pyramid cellar. Its fresh style suits sushi, seafood, grilled chicken, tapas, fruit or cheese.
Fairview Cellars 2001 Merlot Cabernet
Canadian Red
Merlot and Cabernet form this red blend from the Okanagan. The six-acre property near Oliver was purchased in the late nineteen-eighties, and Bordeaux varieties were planted from the early nineteen-nineties. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc occupy most of the site. The winery opened at the turn of the century beside the Fairview golf course, within one of Canada's warmest grape-growing areas.
Loveblock 2022 Organic Sauvignon Blanc
New Zealand White
Pale straw with green and gold tones, this Sauvignon Blanc shows summer meadow, oatmeal and loquat. Juicy peach and papaya meet flinty minerality, layered texture and a silky mouthfeel through a long finish. The fruit comes from the certified-organic Woolshed Vineyard in the Awatere Valley. Fermentation is divided among concrete eggs, amphorae, neutral oak and stainless steel.
Petit Vega 2020 8 Meses Ribera del Duero
Spanish Red
Dark cherry colour introduces blackberry, liquorice, spice and toast. The palate is full and structured, with soft tannins and a persistent finish. Tempranillo is hand harvested from roughly thirty-year-old vines at about 900 metres. Fermentation uses large oak vats, stainless steel and concrete, followed by eight months in French and American oak. The dry wine carries 14 percent alcohol.

French Red
Bright ruby colour with purple highlights introduces ripe plum, fresh grape, violet and blackcurrant. The palate is fleshy and harmonious, with red fruit, mild spice and a mineral touch. Gamay from Fleurie undergoes semi-carbonic maceration before resting in stainless steel, preserving freshness and direct fruit character. Fine, silky tannins bring a supple texture to the dry red profile.
Weninger 2023 Franz Plays with Szürke, Fehér & Kék
Hungarian Wine
Pink grapefruit, mirabelle plum and sour cherry join light herbal notes in a fresh profile with a faint fizz, between rosé and orange wine. Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir are used together. Fermentation lasts ten days on the skins, followed by seven months in 500-litre wooden barrels and natural malolactic fermentation. The dry wine comes from Sopron and is biodynamically farmed.

Lavender, linden, elecampane and rosebuds shape an herbaceous, citrus-led profile. Golden raisin and dried apple meet lemon peel, sage and grapefruit, with a dry finish and mouthwatering acidity. The base combines dry California white wine with Essensia Orange Muscat, then receives more than fifteen botanicals. This vermouth can be served in a martini or over ice with lemon.
Clos Roussely 2023 L’Escale Sauvignon Blanc Touraine
French White
Fresh flowers and citrus lead a lively, balanced palate where acidity meets rounded texture and clear fruit. Sauvignon Blanc comes from twenty-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils in Touraine. Harvesting combines hand and mechanical picking. Fermentation proceeds slowly with indigenous yeasts, followed by ageing on fine lees. The vineyard is in conversion to organic farming, and the wine carries 12.5 percent alcohol.
Ercole 2022 Barbera del Monferrato 1 L
Italian Red
Ripe red fruit, floral notes and a mineral core sit alongside Barbera's bright acidity and freshness. The fruit comes from calcareous-clay soils in Monferrato and is harvested from late September into early October. Fermentation takes place in concrete before stabilization in stainless steel. This dry red is made entirely from Barbera and carries 12.5 percent alcohol.
Lyrarakis 2024 Vidiano Queen PGI Crete
Greek White
Pale yellow in colour, this dry white combines citrus, apricot and herbal notes with a mineral profile. The palate is full and velvety, supported by fresh acidity. Vidiano grows in north-west-facing vineyards at about 550 metres in Heraklion. The wine carries a Vegan classification and suits pasta, poultry or shellfish alongside its bright fruit character.
Lightfoot & Wolfville 2022 Fauna Red
Canadian Red
Juicy plum and dark raspberry meet herbaceous notes and tart cassis. The palate is soft, with very light tannins and a saline finish. Léon Millot, Petite Pearl and Marquette make up the blend. Part of the fruit undergoes carbonic fermentation before a brief rest in stainless steel. Serve with a light chill alongside sausages or charcuterie.
Michael Gindl 2019 Little Buteo Grüner Veltliner
Austrian White
Citrus, grass and minerality accompany texture and a tightly woven structure. Grüner Veltliner comes from loam, loess and sandstone soils. Half the fruit is directly pressed, while the remainder receives four to eight hours of skin contact. Spontaneous fermentation and six months of maturation take place in stainless steel before unfined, unfiltered bottling without added sulphur.
Clot de l’Origine 2019 Soif de Plaisir
French Red
Floral notes and minerality characterize this dry red. Carignan comes from Estagel, while Syrah comes from Caudiès-de-Fenouillèdes, with schist and schist-marl soils. The wine can be served cool with grilled dishes, salads or pizza, or at cellar temperature with beef and stew. It is also suited to the aperitif. The producer suggests drinking it within five to eight years.

The colour shows amber tones, while the profile includes nuts, dried fruit and red-fruit aromas. The tawny is assembled from younger wines aged three or four years and older wines aged seven or eight years. Maturation takes place in wooden barrels. It can be served as an aperitif or with cheese and chocolate desserts. Maria Serpa Pimentel is the winemaker.

South African Red
Sour cherry, blackberry, wet gravel, thyme, black pepper, vanilla and cigar-box notes define the profile. The colour is medium ruby. The palate is medium-bodied, with round, velvety tannins, youthful freshness, sweet spice and a fruit-led finish. The blend contains sixty percent Shiraz, twenty-nine percent Cinsault and eleven percent Mourvèdre. It comes from Stellenbosch and carries 13.6 percent alcohol.

Ripe apple, plum and white-flower aromas accompany a bright straw colour. The palate is creamy and dry, with refreshing bubbles. Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir make up the blend. This sparkling wine comes from Alsace and is made in the traditional method. Its fruit-forward profile is well suited to service as an aperitif before a meal.
Donnafugata 2023 Sherazade Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC
Italian Red
Raspberry and cherry mingle with delicate spicy and balsamic notes. The colour is bright ruby with violet reflections. The palate is soft and fresh, with caressing tannins. Nero d’Avola comes from south-western Sicily, at 200 to 400 metres on clay-loam soils. After malolactic fermentation, the wine spends about four months in tanks and at least eight months in bottle.
Malat 2023 Crazy Creatures Grüner Veltliner
Austrian White
Lemon, white peach, pear and apple meet white pepper, fresh herbs and stone-mineral notes. The palate carries orchard and citrus fruit with fresh acidity and a mineral finish. Grüner Veltliner from several sites grows on loess soils rich in limestone, silty sand and clay. The fruit is harvested by hand, pressed slowly, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in steel tanks.
Montes Alpha 2023 Chardonnay
Chilean White
Papaya and pineapple define the fruit profile, joined by toasted nuances, vanilla and dried fruit from barrel ageing. The palate balances freshness with generous body and carries a long finish. The Chardonnay was hand-harvested and separated for whole-cluster pressing, destemmed pressing and brief cold maceration. Thirty percent fermented in new oak, and the same proportion aged twelve months in French barrels.
Nicosia 2022 Vulkà Etna Rosso
Italian Red
Redcurrant, cherry, floral notes and gentle spice define the profile. The palate is medium-bodied and balanced, with delicate tannins and freshness. Eighty percent Nerello Mascalese and twenty percent Nerello Cappuccio come from volcanic sandy soils between 650 and 750 metres. After a forty-eight-hour cold maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel, with five to six months in tonneaux.
Tracy & Cie 2024 Les Marnes Sauvignon Blanc
French White
Flowers and citrus open a lively, concentrated profile with polished texture. Exotic fruit develops with air, while lime and delicate minerality shape the clean finish. Sauvignon Blanc comes from marl, limestone and silt soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel between fifteen and eighteen degrees, followed by ageing on fine lees in tank. The finished profile is fresh, mineral and fruity.

Pear, citrus, apple, lemon drop and steeped tea meet a faint touch of raspberry. The pale cantaloupe-coloured rosé is lively and intense while remaining delicate. Pinot Noir, Gamay, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer are fermented in stainless steel with extensive lees stirring. Vibrant freshness and a slightly off-dry balance lead to creamy mineral character and pronounced salinity.

Raspberry, cassis and spice form a compact, pure-fruited profile. Bright acidity keeps the wine juicy and fresh through the finish. Medium body, smooth texture and balance give it an easygoing character, while plum, cherry, blackberry, herbs and cedar add further detail. It is ready to enjoy and works naturally with sausage pizza, beef tacos or a casual barbecue.
Søren 2022 Boundary Spring
Canadian Red
Wild berry fruit, desert sagebrush and dusty minerality define a rich, full-bodied profile. The blend combines thirty-five percent Cabernet Sauvignon, thirty percent Cabernet Franc, eighteen percent Merlot, twelve percent Malbec and five percent Syrah. Seventeen barrels were selected, with maturation largely in neutral French oak and five new barrels. Suave, polished texture and dense concentration support further ageing.
Johannes Zillinger 2023 Velue Weiss
Austrian White
Jasmine, rose, yellow apple, kiwi and herbal notes share the aromatic profile. The palate is juicy, with ripe fruit, fine tannins and vivid acidity, followed by a salty finish. Half Grüner Veltliner is joined by equal quarter portions of Riesling and Gelber Muskateller. Part of the fruit is whole-bunch pressed, while other lots are destemmed or foot-trodden before nine months on lees.
Manvi 2022 Myra Rosso di Montepulciano DOC
Italian Red
Wild berries and cherries meet delicate floral notes in a fresh, balanced profile. The blend is led by Sangiovese with a small portion of Merlot, bringing richness and complexity without leaving the fruit behind. Twelve months in stainless-steel containers are followed by at least six months in bottle. It suits pasta, grilled chicken and medium-aged cheeses.
Chateau Marmot 2025 Chardonnay Pét-Nat
Canadian Sparkling
Organically farmed Chardonnay from Cawston was fermented in stainless steel and bottled during primary fermentation. The wine was disgorged after five months on its lees in bottle, without additions or filtration. Ripe lemon and tropical fruit meet a dry, textured palate. Ambient fermentation, unfined and unfiltered bottling, and zero additives are also part of the cellar approach.
Pindarie 2021 The Risk Taker Tempranillo
Australian Red
Black cherry, liquorice and dark plum are joined by scorched earth, dried herbs and spice. The palate is rich and generous, with black fruit, savoury tones and a sturdy tannin structure that brings a slightly chewy texture. Ten months in French oak barrels are part of the maturation, and the finish is long, ripe and savoury.
