Domaine Bernard Baudry 2020 Chinon Les Granges
French Red
Cabernet Franc from gravel-and-sand terraces offers dark berries, cassis, tree bark and cigar smoke. The palate is bright and tangy, with moderate tannins, grip and a long finish. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented for fifteen days in cement. Maturation lasts seven to ten months in cement tanks. The vines were planted between the mid- and late nineteen-eighties, and the vineyard is certified organic.
Weninger 2020 Ponzichter
Hungarian Red
Sour cherry and strawberry meet spice and a lightly earthy Pinot character. The palate is light, with restrained tannins and subtle acidity. Pinot Noir and Zweigelt form the blend. The grapes ferment spontaneously, and the wine matures in large neutral oak. It comes from Sopron, is bottled at twelve percent alcohol and carries organic certification under AT-BIO-402.
Di Lenardo 2015 Father’s Eyes Chardonnay
Italian White
Smoky Chardonnay combines vanilla and hazelnut with creamy apple pastry, lemon meringue and graham-cracker flavours. The rich style remains bright and fresh through juicy acidity. Production includes partial fermentation, three months in new American oak barrels, maturation on fine lees and complete malolactic fermentation. The wine comes from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and the bottling uses composite DIAM corks.
Cantine Lunae 2022 Etichetta Grigia Colli di Luni Vermentino
Italian White
Light greenish yellow, this Vermentino offers lemon peel, lime, white peach, myrtle leaves and chamomile. The palate is soft and round, with acidity, savoury mineral character and a persistent fruit finish. The grapes come from Colli di Luni in Liguria. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in steel, with about three months on the fine lees in steel.
La Stoppa 2019 Trebbiolo Rosso
Italian Red
Bright red in colour, this blend offers cherry, balsamic herbs and subtle woody notes, with dark fruit, tobacco and coffee also present. The palate is round, harmonious and youthful. Barbera accounts for sixty percent and Croatina forty percent. Organic farming uses neither fertilizer, herbicide nor pesticide. Skin maceration lasts twenty days. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and cement tanks.
Fauvette 2025 Côtes de Provence Rosé
French Rosé
Pale lychee in colour, this rosé offers white flowers and exotic fruit. The palate is fresh and generous, with a complex aromatic range, balance and minerality. Cinsault and Grenache form the blend. The wine comes from Provence under the Côtes de Provence appellation and is bottled at twelve and a half percent alcohol. It can accompany aperitifs, grilled dishes or white meat.

Canadian Non-Alcoholic Wine
Plum and dried fruit meet floral notes in this dealcoholized red, with preserves, blackberry and cocoa also present. Moderate tannins and medium acidity provide balance. Made from a selection of Okanagan wine barrels, it contains less than half a percent alcohol, with no sugar or artificial flavours. Each 188-millilitre serving provides fifteen calories, and the ingredients begin with dealcoholized wine.

Light straw to soft gold in colour, this dry Sukholimanskiy offers white flowers, acacia, pear, green apple, mango and fresh-cut grass. White peach and lemon peel are also present. The palate is light and enveloping, with freshness, acidity and a saline mineral finish. Produced without wood in Ukraine's Odesa region, the wine is bottled at eleven and a half percent alcohol.
Alvear Amontillado Montilla-Moriles
Spanish Fortified
Dry and light-bodied, this Amontillado combines toffee, butter pecan and apricot with burnt banana, spice and almond paste. A mild mushroom note and dried-fruit character add savoury depth, while the finish is nutty. Made from Pedro Ximénez, the wine spends about eight years in a solera system. It comes from Montilla-Moriles and is bottled at seventeen percent alcohol.

Deep red with ruby reflections, this Odesa Black offers spice, plum jam, red pepper and leather. Tart cherry, black cherry and pepper are also present. The profile is complex, full and velvety, with silky, pleasant tannins. The grapes grow on loamy soil in Ukraine's Odesa region. The wine undergoes full fermentation and is bottled at thirteen percent alcohol.

The estate stewards this Cowichan Valley property alongside nature and uses old-world, low-intervention cellar methods.
Kamara Pure 2021 Stalisma White

Dry, this white combines eighty percent Malagousia with twenty percent Xinomavro vinified as blanc de noir. Indigenous yeasts carry the fermentation, with no oenological substances or added sulphites. The wine is bottled without filtration at twelve percent alcohol. It comes from the Kioutsoukis family near Thessaloniki. Stalisma refers to a flock resting in a shaded, cool place during summer.

Melon and yellow-fleshed peach meet fresh sage in a taut, juicy and zesty profile. The grapes grow on a gentle south- and southeast-facing slope at 220 to 350 metres, rooted in chalky gravel soils with abundant humus. They are harvested by hand, fermented for about three weeks in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for another five months.

Made in Nova Scotia, this aromatic white blend brings ripe Asian pear, lychee and white peach together with lilac and violet. The palate is light-bodied, softly rounded and off-dry, with bright acidity and a graceful fruit-and-floral finish. L’Acadie, Petite Milo, Seyval, Geisenheim and Siegerrebe form the blend, and fermentation takes place entirely in stainless steel.

Pecorino and Chardonnay form the blend. Fermentation and ageing take place in concrete, using grapes from vineyards around 300 metres. Nettle, daisy, almond blossom and apple appear in a pale-yellow wine with a savoury, slender palate and stony character. Biodynamic farming excludes systemic chemical treatments, while the cellar uses no selected yeast, fining, filtration or synthetic processing aids.

Made from Chardonnay in the village appellation of Montagny, this Burgundy is ripe, balanced and harmonious. Its fruit comes from selected parcels chosen to express the identity of the appellation. Across the producer’s Côte Chalonnaise range, Montagny is associated with mineral character and Chardonnay with richness. The wine is a still white expression within this range.
Coolshanagh 2018 Chardonnay
Canadian White
Asian pear, nutmeg, caramel, orange zest and roasted almond appear with popcorn, wet stone and ripe fruit. Whole clusters from four vineyard blocks were pressed separately, then fermented in stainless steel, concrete tulips and new French oak puncheons. After nine months on gross lees, the final blend was bottled without fining. The texture is rich and complex, and alcohol is 13.5 percent.
Cuevas de Arom 2020 Altas Parcelas Garnacha
Spanish Red
Pure Garnacha comes from old, head-pruned vines planted between 700 and 850 metres on slate, quartzite, sand, limestone and clay. At least half the fruit is retained as whole clusters and fermented with natural yeast in concrete. Ten months of ageing also takes place in concrete. The profile is fruit-driven and juicy, with fine tannins and fresh, fluid character.
Domaine Roc de l’Abbaye 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Val de Loire
French White
Dry and fresh, with a clear, light and restrained profile, this Sauvignon Blanc is made under the Val de Loire IGP. It is suited to serving as an aperitif or with fish, fresh goat cheese and asparagus. At twelve percent alcohol, it has medium ageing potential and can gain complexity and finesse over time in the cellar.
Scout Vineyard 2020 Pinot Gris
Canadian White
Watermelon, orange blossom, blood orange, rhubarb, strawberry and rosemary define the profile. Pinot Gris comes from two British Columbia sites: Scout Vineyard in the Similkameen and Kozier Vineyard in Naramata. Fruit from Scout Vineyard was destemmed into two qvevri, with skin ferments lasting fourteen days and three months. The Kozier portion spent seven days on skins in open-top fermenters before pressing into stainless steel. The wine was bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulphur.
Domaine Roc de l’Abbaye 2022 Sancerre Rouge 375 mL
French Red
Peony-red in colour, the wine brings violets, rose, blueberry, blackberry and black pepper. Strawberry and raspberry are also present. The texture is supple, with firm, fine tannins and a fresh, persistent finish. Pinot Noir comes from twenty- to forty-five-year-old vines rooted in silex. The fruit was fully destemmed and macerated for about three weeks with pumping over and punch-downs.
Kelvin Feku 2022 Grenache Noir
South African Red
Pale crimson in colour, the wine brings wild raspberry, cherry and smoked plum with tobacco and rooibos. The finish is saline. Grenache Noir comes from dryland vines rooted in Malmesbury shale and Glenrosa soils in Wellington. The fruit was basket pressed, and maturation lasted nine months in foudre. The release comes from South Africa’s Coastal Region and carries 13 percent alcohol.

Canadian Red
Fresh raspberry, juicy plum and cherry appear with spice and soft oak. Bright red berries, ripe plum and blackcurrant accompany smooth tannins and balanced acidity. The field blend contains 22 percent Merlot, 22 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 15 percent Petite Sirah, 14 percent Tempranillo, 12 percent Cabernet Franc, 10 percent Syrah and 5 percent Malbec. The wine carries 13.5 percent alcohol and a medium-plus body.
