Yannick Alléno & Michel Chapoutier

Dark berries, plum, herbs, sweet spice, garrigue and liquorice sit in a balanced profile with tannic finesse and length. The blend contains sixty-five percent Syrah and thirty-five percent Grenache, with fourteen-and-a-half percent alcohol. Pebbly soils lie over sand and marl, and the grapes are harvested by hand. Maturation takes place in concrete tanks for twelve months.
