AboutNino Franco
Nino Franco began in Valdobbiadene in 1919, when Antonio Franco founded the family winery among the steep Prosecco hills. Giovanni expanded the business before his son Primo joined in 1971; Silvia Franco joined in 2006 as the fourth generation.
Since the early 1990s, the family has worked individual hillside parcels separately and propagated new vines from selected older vines. Cellar work includes gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation.

Italian Sparkling
Bright straw-yellow colour accompanies apple, pear and citrus. The palate is fresh, flavourful and creamy, with fine, persistent bubbles and a savoury note. It is made entirely from Glera grown on high hills in the historic Prosecco area. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in autoclave. Alcohol is eleven percent.
