Lismore 15 Years Old
Soft, approachable and quietly classic in style, this Speyside malt opens with lifted aromas of stewed apple, apricot and floral honey, layered with hints of roasted nuts and light toffee. The palate is rounded and easy-going, showing orchard fruit, vanilla custard and baking spice, with a gentle sweetness balanced by drying oak and a touch of light smoke.
Montezemolo Grappa Di Barolo
Rich, structured and unmistakably Barolo-derived, this grappa opens with a deep amber hue and an expressive, layered nose. Toasted hazelnut, vanilla and subtle caramel mingle with dried rose, spice and a touch of wood. The palate is full-bodied and warming, showing impressive depth with silky texture and integrated oak from extended cask ageing.
Macaloneys Invernahaven Single Malt
The Invernahaven was matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks. This sherried classic single malt has a rich body with a creamy mouthfeel on the palate. The nose throws plums, raisins and spices, complemented by structured tannins and oakwood notes in the mouth, that ultimately yield to a background of expressive malt. The finish and development are long and complex with a hint of sea salt and symphony of diverse flavours. This whisky was made from BC malted barley in Victoria.
