Fords Gin

Bright and aromatic, with clear juniper framed by lemon, bitter orange and grapefruit peel. Coriander adds a dry citrus spice, while jasmine and orris bring a restrained floral lift. Angelica and cassia provide an earthy, warming structure beneath the fruit, keeping the palate crisp and balanced rather than overtly perfumed. The finish is dry, clean and gently rooty. Its classic proportions work particularly well in a Martini, Negroni or a simple gin and tonic with grapefruit peel.
