Casas del Bosque 2019 Reserva Pinot Noir
Chilean Red
Cherries, strawberries and hay shape the aroma. The palate is light, fresh and balanced, with gentle acidity and a clean, fruity finish. Fruit comes from ungrafted Pinot Noir vines in Chile's western Casablanca Valley, planted in sandy-loam and clay-loam soils. The wine contains 13.1 percent alcohol and is vegan, sustainable, organic and biodynamic. Serving options include charcuterie, cold meats or grilled asparagus with goat cheese.
Lorgeril L’Orangeraie 2023 Syrah-Viognier Pays d’Oc
French Red
Deep colour shows cherry highlights. Spice, pepper and black cherry lead the aromas, while the palate is round, with good volume and a flavourful finish. The blend combines eighty-four percent Syrah with sixteen percent Viognier from clay-limestone soils under ocean influence. Fermentation is regulated near twenty-four degrees Celsius, daily tastings determine maceration length, and maturation takes place in stainless steel.
Casas del Bosque 2022 Reserva Sauvignon Blanc
Chilean White
Passion fruit, grapefruit, currant and cassis are joined by fig, apple blossom, pineapple, melon and citrus. The palate carries pronounced yet agreeable acidity, good length and a clean, precise finish. The fruit comes from Las Dichas in the western Casablanca Valley. After a short press maceration, free-run juice ferments at controlled temperature, then rests on its lees for several weeks before blending.
La Lisse 2025 Soie d’Ivoire Chenin Blanc
French White
Round and supple, with rich toasted notes from oak ageing and a gentle citrus character. The palate is densely fruity, led by peach flambée. Chenin Blanc grows on cool clay-and-limestone slopes in the Pyrenean foothills, where later picking brings full ripeness while retaining crispness. Partial vinification and maturation use new and seasoned French oak, and the wine carries HVE3 sustainable certification.
Casas del Bosque 2019 Reserva Carménère
Chilean Red
Black cherry, plum, dry leaves, green bell pepper, chocolate and spice meet a soft, plump palate with supple tannins and good length. The fruit grows in Rapel Valley, largely around Almahue in Peumo, on well-drained loamy alluvial soils. Half the wine completed malolactic fermentation in barrel and aged there for about six months; the rest completed malolactic fermentation in tank.
Sage Hayward Vineyards 2022 Pinot Gris

Pinot Gris comes from sloping fields at a Saturna Island estate in British Columbia's Gulf Islands. The vineyard has a rich clay base infused with ancient marine sediment. Farming is sustainable and holistic, and the winemaking follows traditional techniques. The estate works to produce wines with a distinct sense of place from its Gulf Islands site. Max Legris serves as viticulturist and winemaker.
Kaiken 2023 Ultra Chardonnay
Argentinian White
Golden-yellow colour with old-gold highlights accompanies pear, quince, lime and pink grapefruit. Saline mineral character appears with toast, hazelnut, vanilla, nutmeg, smoke, honey and dried flowers. The palate is broad and full-bodied, with a silky, creamy texture, vibrant acidity, brioche and a long mineral finish. Made entirely from Chardonnay, the wine carries 14.5 percent alcohol.
Bodegas Portia 2024 Verdejo Sobre Lías
Spanish White
Boxwood, coriander and tomato leaf meet tropical fruit and lime in this Rueda white, with fennel, pear, mineral and almond notes also present. Fresh acidity accompanies a creamy, smooth mid-palate and a dry, pithy finish. Verdejo is harvested at night, cold-macerated before pressing and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel on its own lees.

American Red
Ripe red berries, allspice and toasted vanilla appear in this California Pinot Noir. The wine is listed at 14.5 percent alcohol and ages in French and American oak barrels. Its aluminum bottle is shatterproof, infinitely recyclable and eighty percent lighter than glass. The bottle has a lined interior, and the package does not alter the wine's flavour.
Element[AL] 2023 Pinot Grigio
American White
Orange blossom, honey and melon define this California white. The blend contains ninety-one percent Pinot Grigio and nine percent Albariño and ferments in stainless steel. Alcohol is listed at 11.5 percent. The wine comes in an aluminum bottle that is shatterproof, infinitely recyclable and eighty percent lighter than glass. Its lined interior is designed not to alter the wine's flavour.
Decero 2019 Remolinos Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
Argentinian Red
Cassis, cherry and red fruit appear with fresh acidity in a medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. The tannins are supple and integrated, with fourteen months in French oak. Clusters are sorted before destemming, berries are sorted again, and the wine undergoes a cold soak, stainless-steel fermentation, extended maceration, basket pressing and barrel maturation. The vineyard lies in Agrelo, Mendoza.
Márcio Lopes 2022 Pequenos Rebentos Loureiro
Portuguese White
Floral notes and a greenish colour accompany a refreshing Loureiro. Grapes come from vineyards in Ponte de Lima, Barcelos and Braga, where sustainable farming avoids herbicides. Fruit is harvested by hand, destemmed and lightly pressed, then settled for forty-eight hours. Fermentation uses natural yeast in stainless steel, and the wine spends at least five months on fine lees before light filtration.
Marioni Wines 2021 El Rey Red Wine
American Red
Dark fruit and cedar appear in a red blend of Petite Sirah and Zinfandel. The grapes come from old, dry-farmed vines at King Ranch on the Sonoma Coast. Farming is described as organic and sustainable, and the wine is vegan, with no added sulphites. Production is completely natural, with total sulphites below ten milligrams per litre.
G.D. Vajra 2023 Langhe Rosso
Italian Red
Delicate ruby-red colour accompanies red fruit, sweet spice, violet and rosehip. The palate is energetic and lively, shaped by silky tannins. The blend includes Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Freisa, Albarossa, Slarina and Chatus. Grapes are picked by hand and sorted manually. Each block ferments separately for about twenty days. Maturation lasts approximately four to six months, mainly in stainless steel.

French Red
Violet, blueberry, cassis, raspberry, liquorice, vanilla and toast appear in a ripe-fruit profile, with grey pepper and caramel also present. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with fine tannins, freshness, mineral notes and a delicate finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot make up the blend. The vineyard follows sustainable farming practices in the Médoc.

Completely unfiltered, this manzanilla is energetic and savoury, with garlic, scallion, aged sheep's cheese, brine, mushroom, fresh tobacco, straw, earth and chalk. Palomino comes from the Macharnudo, Añina and Callejuela vineyards on albariza soils. The wine ferments in stainless steel, is fortified to fifteen percent and enters a solera system. It is drawn from the ninth criadera.
Cantine Lunae 2022 Etichetta Grigia Colli di Luni Vermentino
Italian White
Light greenish yellow, this Vermentino offers lemon peel, lime, white peach, myrtle leaves and chamomile. The palate is soft and round, with acidity, savoury mineral character and a persistent fruit finish. The grapes come from Colli di Luni in Liguria. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in steel, with about three months on the fine lees in steel.
Cuevas de Arom 2020 Altas Parcelas Garnacha
Spanish Red
Pure Garnacha comes from old, head-pruned vines planted between 700 and 850 metres on slate, quartzite, sand, limestone and clay. At least half the fruit is retained as whole clusters and fermented with natural yeast in concrete. Ten months of ageing also takes place in concrete. The profile is fruit-driven and juicy, with fine tannins and fresh, fluid character.
Giesen 2020 Uncharted Pinot Noir
New Zealand Red
Dark cherry and baked plum appear with smoky notes and vanilla. Sour cherry, fresh black cherry and herbs are also present, together with red and black fruit, cep and truffle. The wine is dry and made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in Marlborough. Alcohol is 13 percent. The exact release is identified as certified organic, sustainably produced and vegan, and it is bottled under screw cap.
Domaine Jean-Michel Dupré 2022 Grands Cras Morgon
French Red
Cherry cola, red raspberry, red cherry and hibiscus appear with graphite and pencil shavings. Kirsch, liquorice and peppery flavours accompany a deep, fleshy texture. Gamay comes from roughly fifty-five-year-old vines rooted in clay at about 350 metres, with southeast exposure. The fruit was hand harvested and sorted, then received a ten-day whole-cluster maceration without added sulphur dioxide. Maturation lasted six to ten months in cement tanks.

The Agrelo vineyards have deep clay soils and a moderate climate. Cabernet Sauvignon makes up the wine entirely. Robust tannins are present, and the finish is smooth and lengthy. The wine is dry, red and classified as both Sustainable and Vegan. Fruit comes from historic family vineyards in Mendoza, where the family has worked with high-altitude viticulture for more than a century.

Asian and Bartlett pear meet lime citrus, white flowers, green apple, white nectarine, herbs and flinty minerality. The palate is refreshing, and the finish is mineral. Cortese, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc form the blend. The wine is fresh, crisp and dry, with twelve percent alcohol. Fruit comes from Monferrato in Piedmont, where the farming is described as sustainable.

The property covers more than one hundred acres of vines.

Flowers and citrus open a lively, concentrated profile with polished texture. Exotic fruit develops with air, while lime and delicate minerality shape the clean finish. Sauvignon Blanc comes from marl, limestone and silt soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel between fifteen and eighteen degrees, followed by ageing on fine lees in tank. The finished profile is fresh, mineral and fruity.

Pear, citrus, apple, lemon drop and steeped tea meet a faint touch of raspberry. The pale cantaloupe-coloured rosé is lively and intense while remaining delicate. Pinot Noir, Gamay, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer are fermented in stainless steel with extensive lees stirring. Vibrant freshness and a slightly off-dry balance lead to creamy mineral character and pronounced salinity.

American Red
Blueberry, plum and toasted oak meet graphite and black olive. A plump, juicy texture carries blackcurrant and fresh red berries, with roast coffee, anise, tobacco and mineral notes. Sleek acidity and smooth tannins shape the finish. Blackberry, black pepper, crushed rock, herbs, soy and peppercorn add a savoury dimension. The fruit comes from Santa Margarita Ranch in Paso Robles, and the wine is SIP Certified.

Pearl-pink colour recalls the inside of an oyster. Pastry notes, currants and Sicilian wild strawberries join plum and pineapple. The palate is smooth, with gently stated acidity. The blend is equal parts Nero d’Avola and Syrah. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by time on the fine lees with weekly stirring. The wine is certified organic and carries SOStain certification.
Fratelli Serio & Battista Borgogno 2024 Langhe Nebbiolo
Italian Red
Rose, strawberry and raspberry appear with balsamic sweet mint and present, crunchy tannins. Cranberry and acidity are also present. The wine is extra dry and medium-bodied. Made entirely from Nebbiolo, it comes from younger vines in Barolo. This red carries the Langhe Nebbiolo DOC designation and comes from Piedmont. The bottling is organic, sustainable and vegan.
Kir-Yianni 2024 The North Assyrtiko
Greek White
Citrus, bay leaf, lime blossom and ripe white peach meet juicy acidity, roundness and mineral character. The finish is concentrated, lingering and saline. Assyrtiko comes from young vines in the mountainous vineyards of Amyndeon. The grapes are cooled overnight and cold macerated. After fermentation, the wine spends four to five months on its lees. This dry white contains 13.5 percent alcohol and is classified as sustainable and vegan.
