O’Rourke’s Peak 2018 Grüner Veltliner
Tropical pineapple and stone fruit lead, with white pepper giving both the nose and palate a distinctive savoury lift. Lychee and honeycomb add a gently rounded middle, while thyme, lime and fine minerality bring focus through the finish. Expressive yet well defined, this is an aromatic white with enough freshness and detail to remain poised at the table.
O’Rourke’s Peak 2017 Chardonnay
Butter, fresh citrus and measured oak open the nose. The palate is smooth and rounded, with orange marmalade bringing a gently bittersweet richness through the middle. A firm oak frame gives the wine shape without overwhelming the fruit, while clean citrus freshness carries the flavours into a lingering, softly textured finish.
