This Sémillon from the Barossa Valley is a sweet, medium-bodied dessert wine. Dried pear, apricot and fig shape the aroma, while dried pear and apricot marmalade define the flavour. Acidity balances the finish, and alcohol is 10.5 percent. The 375 mL bottle provides a compact format for serving with desserts or at the end of a meal.

Black fruit, spice, vanilla, plum and dark berry appear with approachable tannins. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures for up to seven days; malolactic fermentation and twelve months in French oak are also part of production. Pindarie 2025 Small Block Fiano

White peach and nectarine appear in a medium-bodied, dry profile. The palate is expressive and textural. Grapefruit and preserved lemon linger on the finish, with a vibrant line of acidity. Made entirely from Fiano, the wine comes from a single estate-grown vineyard in the Barossa Valley. The variety is grown on the Western Ridge, where the producer has matched it to a warm, dry climate. Alcohol is 12.5 percent.

Merlot comes from the Barossa Valley in South Australia. The wine contains 14.5 percent alcohol.

The palate is rich and generous, with black fruit, savoury tones and a sturdy tannin structure that brings a slightly chewy texture. Ten months in French oak barrels are part of the maturation, and the finish is long, ripe and savoury.

Deep crimson with a purple hue, this Barossa Shiraz offers red and black forest berries with French-oak spice. Nearly all berries remain whole, and the wine matures for eighteen months in seasoned French oak barriques. The Steingarten Road Vineyard sits at 280 metres, with thirty-year-old vines on ancient oxidised ferrous soil over limestone. The palate has explosive red berries and velvety soft tannins, with fresh acidity on the finish.
Pindarie 2021 Western Ridge Shiraz

Blackberry, cherry, black olive, spice and a hint of meaty complexity accompany fine toasted French oak. The wine is entirely Shiraz from a single estate vineyard in the Barossa Valley. Fermentation is followed by eleven months in predominantly French oak, with five percent American oak. Two rackings provide natural clarification before the selected barrels are blended and bottled.

Red cherry, plum and ripe raspberry appear with milk chocolate, vanilla, cola and woody spice. The palate carries fruit and chocolate flavours, soft integrated tannins and a rounded feel. Fruit comes from estate and grower vineyards across southern and central Barossa. Half the wine matured in oak for fourteen months, predominantly American barrels with about twenty percent French oak.

Dark plum, raspberry, blueberry and tender dark fruit meet forest-floor character and cinnamon. The palate is fresh and savoury, with crisp fruit, soft tannins and bright acidity. The blend brings together Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Lagrein. Indigenous yeasts and carbonic maceration are used, and the wine is made with minimal intervention and very little added sulphur.

Inky violet colour accompanies crème de mûre, blueberry, vanilla, rose, clove and cinnamon. Dark berry and cherry flavours sit with vanillin oak and supple tannins. Fruit came from vines aged twenty-five to 105 years. The palate is full-bodied, powerful and textured. The wine matured in new and one-year-old American oak. Alcohol is sixteen percent, and the finish is bright.
Pindarie 2020 Black Hinge Reserve Shiraz

Berry fruit and spice meet a concentrated, dense structure, supported by strong tannins and balanced acidity. The palate has a luscious, lingering mouthfeel. The Shiraz comes entirely from estate-grown fruit selected from the lower section of Tony's Block, on terra rossa soils. A small open fermenter is used with gentle hand plunging. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrel, followed by sixteen months in French oak.

Maturation used eighty percent new American oak, with the balance in seasoned French oak.
