French Red
Fruit and a slight animal note appear with a fresh, appetizing palate. The red wine is matured in barrel. Four parcels contribute to the cuvee, including stony upper-slope sites and clay-rich lower-slope sites. Grapes are harvested by hand, sorted in the cellar and destemmed. Native-yeast vinification lasts twenty to twenty-five days, and maturation uses oak barrels with twenty-five percent new wood.

French Red
Intense ruby colour accompanies very ripe red fruit, black cherry and mild spice. The wine is silky, delicate and smooth, with fresh, harmonious tannins and a persistent finish. The blend is sixty-six percent Merlot, twenty percent Cabernet Sauvignon, eight percent Cabernet Franc and six percent Petit Verdot. Maturation lasts twelve months, using both new barrels and barrels previously used for one vintage.

Fresh fruit aromas appear with oak and spice. The wine is supple and powerful, with balance and round, mouth-coating tannins. The blend is seventy-three percent Cabernet Sauvignon and twenty-seven percent Merlot. Grapes are hand picked and sorted in the vineyard. Maturation lasts twelve months in French oak barrels previously used for one vintage. The vineyards lie on Garonne gravel in Pauillac.

Chardonnay makes up sixty-five percent of the blend, with thirty-five percent Pinot Noir. Vinification and maturation take place in small 228-litre oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation. Biscuit, grapefruit, orange peel and almond appear with passion fruit, pineapple, lime, yellow flowers, seaweed and pastry. The texture is creamy. Acidity, sweetness and salinity accompany a very long finish with chalky minerality and honey.

Vinification excludes malolactic fermentation, and the wine spends nine months in 225-litre oak barrels.

Opulent and juicy character appears with a smooth, refined profile. Extraction was reduced during fermentation. Amphorae were incorporated into ageing and the impact of toast was reduced. Freshness is also present. The growing season brought above-average, well-distributed rain. Summer included occasional rain and daily temperature variation. The wine comes from the Toro denomination, and alcohol is 15.5 percent.
Charles Mignon Cuvée Comte de Marne Rosé Grand Cru Champagne NV
French Sparkling
Subtle pale rosé colour accompanies intense redcurrant fruit, firm acidity and a mineral, tangy texture. The wine has a powerful, complex personality and is structured by Pinot Noir vinified in a Burgundy style. Red wine from Bouzy is included in the blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The body is medium, and the alcohol level is twelve percent.

This Blanc de Noirs is made from Pinot Noir harvested from the Les Mees and Val Ligé parcels. Red fruit, toasted pine and lemon appear with deep minerality, refined acidity and notable length. Grapes are harvested by hand. Forty percent of fermentation takes place in used Burgundy barrels and sixty percent in stainless steel. The wine is raised on full lees without fining or filtration.

This Blanc de Noirs is made entirely from Pinot Noir grown at Écueil. Pear, peach and citrus appear with a liquorice finish. Grapes are harvested by hand. The blend uses eighty-five percent first-pressing juice and fifteen percent second-pressing juice. Malolactic fermentation is completed, and maturation takes place in stainless steel on fine lees. Dosage is Extra Brut and alcohol is 12.5 percent.

Clear, elegant aromas include concentrated bright fruit with light flinty and smoky notes. The wine is round, juicy, supple and silky, with delicate bitterness on the finish. Lemon, pear and apple accompany a stony, precise and balanced profile and a lingering finish. Riesling grows on granite terraces that face south beside the castle. The wine is dry, delicate and chiselled.

Italian Red
Made entirely from Montepulciano, the wine has intense ruby-red colour. Red cherry and morello cherry appear with vanilla, spice and black pepper. The palate has structure, savoury character and complexity. Grapes are harvested by hand during the first ten days of October. Maceration lasts fifteen days. Maturation includes twelve months in fine-grained Allier oak and twelve months of bottle ageing. Alcohol is 13.5 percent.
Domaine Weinbach 2022 Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg
French White
Fresh orchard fruit, light floral notes and beeswax appear with crisp, vivid acidity. The wine is light-bodied and balanced, with minerality and a long finish. Riesling grows on the granite soils of Schlossberg. Alcohol is 14.5 percent. The grapes are biodynamically grown under Demeter certification. The golden-yellow wine also shows grapefruit, ripe pear, tobacco, lemon and saline notes.

Pinot Noir from Naramata shows body and a generous palate, with cherry, strawberry and spice. The wine spends time in barrel. The estate follows a hands-off approach: fermentations use wild yeast, sulphur additions are minimal, and maturation uses large puncheons and neutral oak, with only twenty to twenty-five percent of the wine seeing new oak.

Deep purple colour has violet highlights. Garrigue, blackcurrant, cedar, vanilla and toast appear with fleshy red fruit. The wine is full-bodied, fresh and balanced, with supple, close-knit tannins, oak and mocha, and a long finish. The blend is forty-eight percent Cabernet Sauvignon, forty-two percent Merlot, seven percent Cabernet Franc, two percent Petit Verdot and one percent Carmenère.

Pale, brilliant yellow colour accompanies citrus, white flowers and other fine exotic aromas. The texture is creamy and fine, with freshness, minerality and a long finish. The Roussanne grows on rolled-pebble soils in southern France. Vinification and maturation take place in small ten-hectolitre foudres and Burgundy barrels. The wine is produced under IGP Costières de Nîmes.

Equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier come from vineyards near Trigny on sandy soil with some clay. The vines average forty years old. Grapes are hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. The wine spends three years in bottle and is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Pale lemon colour accompanies white flowers, marzipan, white peach, light herbs, pepper, citrus zest and a long mineral finish.
Remoissenet Père et Fils 2020 Beaune Marconnets Premier Cru
French Red
Black and red cherries appear with red plums in a structured, layered Pinot Noir. Meaty tannins accompany the fruit. Energy, balance, ripe cherry and freshness are also present. The Marconnets plot lies at the northern end of Beaune near Savigny-lès-Beaune. It faces south and southeast on clay and limestone. Light woody and smoky notes accompany redcurrant and blackcurrant.

A vibrant mineral aroma accompanies dark fruit. The palate is broad and silky, with depth, slight roundness and finishing intensity. Three parcels contribute to the wine: Les Creux Baissants, Les Condemennes and Les Fremières. The vines average forty-five to sixty-five years old, and the soils contain clay and limestone. Pinot Noir is matured with twenty percent new oak.
Domaine du Pegau 2021 Cuvée Réservée Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Spicy aromas include ripe red fruit, cassis, toasted herbs, pepper and roasted meat. The palate is big, rich and full-bodied, with a long, lingering finish. The blend is eighty percent Grenache, six percent Syrah, four percent Mourvèdre and ten percent other permitted varieties. Maceration lasts seven to fourteen days. The press and free-run juice matures for twenty-four months in 5,000-litre oak foudres, and the wine is bottled without filtration.

Brilliant ruby-red colour appears with tobacco, leather and dried orange. The taste has precision and fine tannins, with silky, slender and persistent character. Made entirely from Sagrantino, the wine also shows undergrowth, black cherry and blackberry. It is tannic but soft, full-bodied and elegant. Maturation includes two years in barrique and two years in bottle. The vineyard sits at 500 metres on limestone and clay soil.
Château de Beaucastel 2012 Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Nearly black colour accompanies red fruit, blackcurrant, blackberry, spice, thyme and lavender. The bouquet is elegant, rich and round, with fig, cherry, blackcurrant and stewed fruit, together with acidity and delicate tannins. Grenache and Mourvèdre each account for thirty percent of the blend, Counoise and Syrah each ten percent, and Cinsault five percent. Eight other permitted varieties make up the remaining fifteen percent.
Le Macchiole 2021 Paleo Bianco Toscana IGT
Italian White
The blend is seventy percent Chardonnay and thirty percent Sauvignon Blanc. Winemaking includes ten days in oak. Maturation lasts eight months: ten percent in new oak, seventy percent in second-, third- and fourth-use barrels and tonneaux, and twenty percent in stainless steel. Harvest began during the third week of August. The profile has Mediterranean character, intensity, flavour and depth, and the wine is produced in small quantities.
Château Langoa Barton 2015 Saint-Julien

Intense colour accompanies a bouquet of red fruit, undergrowth and tobacco. The texture is fleshy and tight, with spice, tannins, a silky palate and a long, tense finish. The blend is fifty-four percent Cabernet Sauvignon, thirty-eight percent Merlot and eight percent Cabernet Franc. Harvesting is entirely by hand. Alcoholic fermentation lasts seven to ten days, maceration about three weeks, and oak maturation sixteen to eighteen months.

Very deep red-black colour has purple hints. A delicate nose carries ripe red and black fruit, freshness, menthol, violets, blackcurrant, mineral, smoke and roasted notes. The attack is mellow and rich, with a tight, distinguished and vigorous tannic structure. The mid-palate is broad and generous, with fruit, minerality, toast, wood and balance. The blend is fifty-five percent Cabernet Sauvignon, forty percent Merlot and five percent Cabernet Franc.
Génot-Boulanger 2021 Meursault Clos du Cromin
French White
Fennel appears with light reduction, while the palate is balanced, lightly spiced, and marked by sour lemon and orange rind. Depth and tenderness accompany a finish of moderate length. The Chardonnay is hand harvested, crushed and whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation takes place in oak after light settling. Maturation lasts twelve months in oak and six months in stainless steel; the wine is not filtered.

Crunchy red fruit and sweet spice appear in a medium-bodied Pinot Noir. The blend draws on village parcels including La Brunelle, Aux Corvées, Sylvie and Champs-Chenys. La Brunelle covers 2.78 hectares; its brown surface soils sit above limestone gravel, with sand and clay two metres down. The estate's Aux Corvées parcel covers 2.35 hectares and has relatively deep soil.

Australian Red
Cedar, tobacco, vanilla, spice, truffle, pencil lead, plum and blueberry appear in a voluptuous, intensely flavoured profile. The wine is supple, generous and long, with blackberry joined by clove and white pepper. The texture is creamy. This full-bodied Shiraz comes from the Barossa Valley in South Australia. Maturation used eighty percent new American oak, with the balance in seasoned French oak.
Pol Roger 2018 Brut Rosé Champagne
French Sparkling
Pale salmon colour has pink hues and fine, persistent effervescence. Raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant, mango and papaya appear with rose and honeysuckle. The palate is mouth-filling, with length, freshness and acidity. The blend uses fifty percent Pinot Noir and thirty-five percent Chardonnay, plus fifteen percent red Pinot Noir. Fermentation is kept below eighteen degrees in stainless steel, with each variety and village separate.
Collemattoni 2019 Albori Brunello di Montalcino

Made from Sangiovese selected from the estate's highest parcels, this red comes from Montalcino in Tuscany. Pure, mature fruit appears with a broad and clear aromatic profile. The taste is balanced between alcohol and tannins, with dynamic, fine and defined character and a fresh, savoury close. The fruit includes grapes from a high vineyard near Passo del Lume Spento. Alcohol is listed at 15.5 percent.
