Crunchy red fruit and sweet spice appear in a medium-bodied Pinot Noir. The blend draws on village parcels including La Brunelle, Aux Corvées, Sylvie and Champs-Chenys. La Brunelle covers 2.78 hectares; its brown surface soils sit above limestone gravel, with sand and clay two metres down. The estate’s Aux Corvées parcel covers 2.35 hectares and has relatively deep soil.
