Canadian White
Peach, honeydew, lemon, honeysuckle and lychee meet a rich, rounded body, fresh acidity and a floral aftertaste. The blend contains forty-two percent Chardonnay, thirty percent Riesling, twenty percent Pinot Gris and eight percent Gewürztraminer. Fruit comes from the Wendell, Arrowleaf Estate and Ritchie vineyards in Lake Country. Residual sugar is five grams per litre, and the wine is dry and vegan.
JoieFarm 2017 Muscat The Pure Grape
Canadian White
Lime leaf, rose petal and orange blossom appear with peach, melon, salted anise and citrus. The body is light, with a dry-leaning profile and five grams per litre of residual sugar. Moscato Giallo comes from the home vineyard on the Naramata Bench in the Okanagan Valley. Alcohol is ten-point-eight percent, and the wine was produced in British Columbia.

Spanish Red
Wild berries and spice appear with a creamy texture, spicy oak and dusty tannins. Tempranillo, Graciano and Garnacha come from bush vines in Lanciego, where the fruit is harvested by hand. Native-yeast fermentation takes place in concrete. Maturation lasts approximately twelve months in old oak barrels and foudres. The wine is lightly filtered and is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.

Straw colour accompanies an assertive, yeasty aroma with a crusty-bread note. The palate is clean and tangy, with a refreshing finish and a soft texture. Pedro Ximénez wine is aged biologically under a clear layer of flor yeast, which protects it from oxidation and gives the style its characteristic aroma and flavour. The wine contains fourteen-point-five percent alcohol.
Mulderbosch 2020 Sparkling Rosé Brut
South African Sparkling
Fresh strawberry, raspberry, peach, blood orange and herbs appear in a dry sparkling rosé with clean fruit and a fine mousse. The wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Darling and Stellenbosch. Grapes are harvested early, crushed and cold-macerated for six hours before fermentation in stainless steel. Alcohol is twelve-point-five percent. The finish has good length.
Babich 2025 Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay
New Zealand White
Ripe rock melon, peach, apricot, citrus, honeydew melon, canned pear and brown spice form a fruit-driven profile. The texture is creamy, with a subtle butterscotch note on the finish. Fruit from Gimblett Gravels and Fernhill is pressed into stainless steel and fermented without oak. Fourteen percent of the wine completes malolactic fermentation. Alcohol is thirteen-point-five percent.
Le Rughe Prosecco DOC Brut NV
Italian Sparkling
Citrus, acacia, pear and apple appear with white fruit and roasted pear. The palate is fresh, crisp, velvety and savoury, with soft bubbles and fine, persistent effervescence. Glera is gently pressed, statically settled and fermented at controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation and ageing take place in steel autoclaves for at least ninety days by the Charmat-Martinotti method.
Cognato Non-Alcoholic Chenin Blanc
South African Non-Alcoholic Wine
Citrus and cut grass define a fresh profile with crisp acidity and a fine mouthfeel. Fully ripened Chenin Blanc grapes undergo controlled-temperature fermentation before the wine is dealcoholised to less than zero-point-five percent alcohol. The fruit comes from South Africa's Western Cape, where a long, cool growing season and dry conditions are documented for this release.

Canadian Red
Black cherry, gently smoked plum, sweet tobacco and autumn forest appear within a medium, fleshy body and a tight, smoke-edged finish. Fruit comes from Summerland, Naramata and Penticton, with four clones included. Production uses many small fermentation lots, gentle pressing and barrel fermentation. Ageing takes place in several larger wood formats, with new wood used only for puncheons.
Ego Bodegas 2022 El Gorú Jumilla
Spanish Red
Ripe red fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and toasted notes accompany a deep purple-red colour. The palate is fruity, savoury, fleshy and glyceric, with soft, ripe tannins. Monastrell, Syrah and Petit Verdot are fermented and macerated separately for fifteen to twenty days at no more than twenty-eight degrees Celsius. The blend spends four months in American oak barrels.

Austrian White
Arugula, green pear and grapefruit appear with floral and ripe stone-fruit notes. The body is fresh, slender, pliable and fruity, with a creamy, soft texture. White peach, honeydew, fennel and a confectionery note are also present, and the finish is long. The white wine was raised in a steel tank and contains twelve-point-five percent alcohol.

Canadian Red
Red and black fruit meet cherry, raspberry and plum, with subtle spice, oak, coffee bean and black pepper. The palate has balanced acidity and medium body, and the finish is smooth. Strawberry, a light effervescence and a berry-juice note are also present. This dry red blend comes from British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. Alcohol is twelve percent.
Gál Tibor 2024 Egri Pinot Noir
Hungarian Red
Forest fruit, rosehip and sour cherry appear with green herbs, earth and oak. The Pinot Noir has marked acidity, more-than-medium tannins and a medium body. Oak spice is also present, and the wine has a dark colour. It is substantial rather than airy, with tannins playing a prominent role. The red comes from Eger, Hungary.

Hungarian White
Rose petals, hibiscus, mango, passion fruit and blossom honey meet white peach, salted almond, pecan and lime. This skin-contact white is creamy, with mineral and lemon notes on the finish. Fermentation is spontaneous, and the wine is bottled unfiltered. It is made from Furmint and Irsai Olivér grown in Balatonboglár. The wine carries organic, biodynamic and natural classifications.
Argiolas 2024 Costamolino Vermentino di Sardegna
Italian White
Ripe lemon, green apple, papaya and passion fruit appear with flowers, light honey and fresh herbs. The palate is fresh and dry, with mineral notes, spice and a clean finish. Vermentino accounts for 95 percent of the blend, and the vines grow on Sardinian hills around 190 metres. Production includes controlled-temperature fermentation for twenty days and a brief period on fine lees.
De Martino 2024 Estate Organic Sauvignon Blanc
Chilean White
Lemon thistle, verbena, white asparagus and spring green vegetables appear alongside river stones and white pepper. The estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc comes from deep gravel soils in Chile's Central Valley. Native fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation. It rests on fine lees for three months. Organic farming is used for the vineyard.

Gooseberry and pomegranate join plum, red fruit, black fruit and spice. The palate is supple, with velvety tannins, balanced acidity and a medium body. Production includes a few days of low-temperature maceration, and the wine has a deep red-purple colour. This dry red is made entirely from Agiorgitiko grown in Nemea at about 640 metres. A light butter-caramel note is also present.

Ripe black fruit, fresh plum, black cherry and blackberry appear alongside a dried-hay note. The wine has a fruity, crunchy attack, followed by a supple, ample palate and tannins. Cabernet Franc accounts for seventy percent of the blend, with Cabernet Sauvignon making up the remainder. Grapes are destemmed without crushing, fermented separately under cap, and matured for twelve months in tank.

Portuguese Red
Black fruit and ripe tannins define a rich, polished profile. Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet form the blend, and the wine contains 14 percent alcohol. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented at controlled temperature. Maturation lasts six months in French and American oak. Red fruit, cocoa and vanilla are also present in the profile. The wine comes from Alentejo in Portugal.

Dark cherry colour and fruit aromas sit beside spice, with greater complexity developing over time. The palate has strong structure, a soft, rounded attack and a long aftertaste. The blend is ninety percent Tempranillo. The remaining ten percent consists of Mazuelo and Graciano. Maceration lasts two weeks with daily pump-overs. Ageing continues for fourteen to fifteen months in oak, with regular racking.

Peach, melon and citrus form a fresh profile with a rounded palate. Redcurrant and citrus appear in a silky finish. The rosé is made from Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grown in Provence. Grapes are harvested at night, and cellar work limits added inputs and sulphites. The wine carries organic status, is classified under Côtes de Provence and contains 13 percent alcohol.
Cafaggio 2022 Chianti Classico
Italian Red
Violet, underbrush and baking spice meet red cherry and clove. Orange zest is also present. The palate is smooth, with polished tannins. Made entirely from Sangiovese grown in Panzano’s Conca d’Oro, the wine is fermented under controlled temperatures and completes malolactic fermentation naturally. Twelve months in Slavonian oak are followed by three months in bottle. The wine is organic.
Sage Hayward 2023 Estate Rosé
Canadian Rosé
White flowers, pink grapefruit and fresh apple open the profile. Savoury citrus notes and fresh acidity follow, leading to a delicately balanced finish. The rosé is estate-grown Pinot Noir from Saturna Island. Its vineyard follows organic farming practices, and the vines are rooted in dense sand-and-mudstone soil over clay with ancient marine sediment. The wine contains 11.4 percent alcohol.

Deep ruby-red colour accompanies blackcurrant, blueberry and cherry, with cigar box, soft cedar and spice. The palate is concentrated, with well-rounded ripe tannins and a long, lingering finish. The blend contains ninety-five percent Cabernet Sauvignon, three percent Syrah and two percent Petit Verdot. The wine contains thirteen point six percent alcohol. The vineyard includes old alluvial terraces at Alto Jahuel in the Maipo Valley.

Pale straw colour is clean and bright. Bakery aromas sit with almonds, chalk and flor. The palate is very dry, savoury and saline, with a lightly bitter note and a long, complex finish. The wine is made entirely from Palomino and undergoes biological ageing beneath flor through the criaderas and solera system for at least four years in American oak. Alcohol is fifteen percent.

French Non-Alcoholic Wine
Delicate bubbles accompany white peach and tropical fruit. The palate is balanced, with lively freshness. Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Loire, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel. Alcohol is removed under vacuum at low temperature before the wine is carbonated. The finished sparkling wine is dry, contains zero percent alcohol and is classified as vegan.
Natte Valleij 2021 The Swallow Blend
South African Red
Dark ruby and violet tones accompany lavender, cranberry and dark berries. The palate is medium-bodied, with dried plum, toasted nuts, cocoa and cardamom. The blend is seventy-six percent Syrah, twenty-one percent Mourvèdre and three percent Cinsault. The wine matures for eighteen months in used small French oak. Charcuterie savouriness and spice are also present, while the finish carries macerated fruit.
Raymond 2020 Family Classic Cabernet Sauvignon
American Red
Dark plum and blackberry aromas include earthiness. Black cherry and baked berry cobbler flavours sit with allspice and nutmeg. The palate is approachable, with a plush mid-palate and a lingering finish. Blueberry and elderberry are also present, while the tannins are soft and round. Cabernet Sauvignon comes from California's North Coast. Alcohol is fourteen point five percent.
Crudo 2023 Organic Nero d’Avola Cabernet Sauvignon

Blackcurrant, cherry and plum sit alongside liquorice and fine oak notes. The red is medium-bodied and dry. Nero d'Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon are fermented separately in stainless steel. Part of the Cabernet matures in oak before the two varieties are blended. Produced in Sicily from organically grown grapes, the wine has a dark red colour.
