Gehringer Brothers 2024 California Pinot Gris
Canadian White
Crisp pear, sweet florals and nectarine appear in a lively, dry profile with a clean, textured finish. The grapes are gently whole-bunch pressed, followed by a long, cool fermentation. Alcohol is twelve point four percent. California fruit was purchased after a severe winter prevented harvest from the estate vineyards, and the wine was then vinified and bottled at the British Columbia estate.
Henry of Pelham 2024 Baco Noir
Canadian Red
Dried cherry, prune and Concord grape appear with molasses, liquorice, dried flowers, vanilla and coffee. The palate has good depth of dark fruit, supple weight and integrated tannins, with coffee on the finish. Made from Baco Noir in the Niagara Peninsula, this Ontario red draws on a winter-hardy, dark-skinned hybrid variety. The family farm dates to the nineteenth century, and the winery is among the region's pioneers.
Covert Farms 2018 Pinot Blanc
Canadian White
Supple in texture, this Pinot Blanc comes from an organic family farm in Oliver. The estate grows all of its own grapes and maintains soil health through minimal mechanical disturbance and crop rotation. More than forty organically grown fruits and vegetables share the property with the vineyard. The farm spans 650 acres and lies near McIntyre Bluff in the southern Okanagan.
Uggiano 2023 Sangiovese Syrah Toscana IGT
Italian Red
Fresh redcurrant, morello cherry, ripe plum and bramble appear with warm spice and a hint of oak. Supple tannins and bright acidity meet in a smooth finish. Sangiovese and Syrah are fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The Syrah spends nine months in French oak, while the Sangiovese remains in stainless steel before blending. This Tuscan red is sustainably produced and vegan.
Atropia Prisma 2024 Agiorgitiko Peloponnese
Greek Red
Dry and red, with subtle nutmeg and cinnamon, moderate acidity and soft tannins. Agiorgitiko and Cabernet Sauvignon form the blend under the PGI Peloponnese designation. The wine comes from Greece, and the producer is based in Nemea, Corinthia. The style is light, with warm spice, measured acidity and a gentle tannin profile. The wine is still rather than sparkling.
Artesano de Argento 2024 Organic White Malbec
Argentinian White
Light hazelnut, lemon and sliced apple appear in a crisp, medium-bodied profile with a clean finish. Made from Malbec without skin contact, the wine retains a pale colour while showing apple and cherry notes. The fruit comes from Agrelo in Mendoza. Organically grown grapes and vegan production are joined by certified sustainable practices. Alcohol is twelve and a half percent.
The Hatch 2024 B.Yanco White Blend
Canadian White
Juicy Meyer lemon and candied mandarin appear in the aromas. Fuzzy peach and green apple follow in the fruit profile, with slight minerality on the finish. This British Columbia white blend comes from the Okanagan Valley. The winery works in West Kelowna, favours acidity and individual character, and pairs each wine with a distinctive illustrated label.
Barone Fini 2024 Valdadige Pinot Grigio
Italian White
Delicate floral aromas and lemon appear with honeydew, ripe apple, baked pear, candied lemon zest and almond biscotti. The wine is light-bodied and stony, with bright acidity, warm minerality and a crisp, lingering mouthfeel. Pinot Grigio is handpicked from vineyards at the foot of the Alps in the Valdadige DOC. Alcohol is twelve and a half percent.
Sacchetto 2022 Pinot Nero Trevenezie IGT
Italian Red
Ruby red, with red fruit, raspberry, blackberry and blue plum. The palate is smooth and accessible, with a touch of cream, generous fruit expression, fine texture and a medium-length finish. The fruit is destemmed, pressed and macerated before fermentation with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The wine remains in tank until bottling, preserving its fruit-led character.
Lobetia 2024 Cabernet Sauvignon
Spanish Red
Ripe blueberry leads a lively fruit profile with moderate body. Blackcurrant, blackberry and plum appear with mint, eucalyptus and vanilla, followed by a long finish. The grapes are harvested at night and undergo cold maceration. Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon in Castilla-La Mancha, the wine is organically grown and contains thirteen and a half percent alcohol. Sandy, calcareous soils form the vineyard setting.
Grant Burge 2024 Barossa Ink Shiraz
Australian Red
Dense purple-red colour introduces plum, raspberry, dark cherry, blackberry and cassis. Mocha, dark chocolate, coffee, mint, ground pepper, spice and damp earth add depth. The palate is full-bodied and textured, with fine velvety tannins and round dark-fruit flavours. Bright acidity carries a fresh finish. Made from Shiraz in the Barossa Valley, the wine contains fourteen percent alcohol.
Arrowleaf Cellars 2025 Riesling
Canadian White
Slightly off-dry, with bright citrus, fresh herbs and concentrated fruit supported by fresh acidity. Lemon zest, lime, pine and floral notes appear with fresh-cut grass and petrol. Vibrant orchard fruit and juicy acidity are also present. The grapes are hand harvested, then crushed and pressed. Fermentation is followed by four months of rest, shaping a cool-climate Riesling from the Okanagan Valley.
Lovo 2020 Blossom Rosso Veneto IGT
Italian Red
Dark plum, tayberry and tobacco appear on a sticky, downy palate. The finish is snappy and lightly spiced. Florals, dried herbs and candied cherry appear in the aromas. The blend is equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from the Veneto. Dry-farmed grapes are hand harvested from volcanic and clay soils at two hundred metres. Fermentation and six months of ageing take place in stainless steel. It can accompany tomato-based pasta or meatballs.
G.D. Vajra 2024 Moscato d’Asti 375 mL
Italian Sparkling
Golden apple, apricot and candied peach appear with a floral bouquet and creamy mousse. White peach and jasmine are also present, while sweetness and zippy acidity remain in balance. The finish is long, vibrant and clean. Moscato Bianco comes from steep old vineyards planted from nineteen sixty-five onward between Mango and Santo Stefano Belbo. The fruit is gently pressed and fermented in small batches. Alcohol is five and a half percent.
Lion-Gri 2015 Golden Land Cabernet Sauvignon
Moldovan Red
Cotton candy appears with black raspberry, blackcurrant and tobacco leaf. The palate has blackberry, black plum and smoked sausage before a persistent finish. This dry red is made from Cabernet Sauvignon in Moldova and contains twelve percent alcohol. Suggested pairings include beef, lamb, venison, pork, pasta, mushrooms, tomato-based dishes and foods with chilli or other hot spices.
Les Vendanges de Lise 2018 Entre-deux-Mers Blanc
French White
Citrus, apricot, flint and fine vanilla appear in the profile. The palate is round and silky, with intense fruit, measured oak and a fresh finish; these elements remain in balance. Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle form the dry white blend. Barrel ageing is part of the production, and forty-five thousand bottles were made. It can accompany scallop tartare.
Cusumano 2023 Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC
Italian Red
Deep ruby colour carries violet hues. Fresh red and black berry aromas accompany firm tannins, plum and spice. The fruit is destemmed and receives two days of cold skin maceration. Fermentation includes frequent pumping over and pressing. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks, and the wine remains on its lees for at least five months. It contains fourteen percent alcohol and uses a glass closure.
Averill Creek 2020 Pinot Grigio
Canadian White
Crisp and bright, with plenty of lime zest and a hint of buttercream. Delicate floral notes accompany sweet apple, pear and honeydew melon. Citrus and green apple appear on a refreshing palate. The wine is light, lively and unoaked. This Vancouver Island Pinot Grigio has substance rather than a watery texture and can accompany barbecued prawns, a zingy salad, light seafood, shellfish, pasta or risotto.
Fratelli Fici Marsala Superiore Secco
Italian Fortified
Amber colour shows antique-gold reflections, with an ethereal aroma and dry palate. Grillo, Catarratto, Inzolia and Damaschino are harvested by hand in the province of Trapani. Fermentation begins in temperature-controlled steel before fortification with alcohol or wine brandy and cooked must. Oak ageing lasts at least two years. The wine contains eighteen percent alcohol and can accompany mature cheeses, smoked-fish appetizers or dessert.
Charles Smith Wines 2022 Kung Fu Girl Riesling
American White
Floral, mineral and pear scents accompany lime, wet stone, apricot and tangerine. Key lime, clove and nectarine are also present in a smooth, vibrant profile. The wine is just off-dry. Made entirely from Riesling grown at Evergreen Vineyard in the Ancient Lakes area of Columbia Valley, it can accompany spicy dishes or appetizers. The bottle uses a screw cap.
Vineka 2025 Bianco IGP Puglia
Italian White
Bright yellow colour has green flecks. Exotic and citrus fruit appear with floral and grassy notes. Pear, mango and Meyer lemon are also present. Vibrant acidity and a subtle mineral streak accompany a clean, refreshing finish. The blend combines Verdeca and Bianco d'Alessano from Puglia and is identified as sustainably produced. Suggested pairings include seafood, shellfish, grilled chicken with mixed greens or fried pork spiedini.

A bright ruby colour accompanies dark berry and stone-fruit aromas with liquorice and fresh herbs. Blackberry, cassis and plum appear on the full-bodied palate, supported by fresh acidity and smooth, velvety tannins. The finish has length. The blend combines Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera from Puglia and is identified as sustainably produced. Suggested pairings include cured meats, aged cheeses and grilled game.
Paul Mas 2024 RosOrange Vin de France
French Rosé
Candied citrus, orange peel and quince accompany an amber hue. The palate has a pearly texture, subtle tannins and fresh fruit. Cinsault, Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, Macabeo and Vermentino bring rosé and orange-wine elements into the same blend. Part of the fruit is directly pressed, while another portion receives six to eight days of skin contact. The wine is organic and classified as Vin de France.

Wild strawberry, cranberry and pink grapefruit appear in a restrained red-fruit profile with a light herbal note. The dry, medium-bodied palate has bright acidity, red berry and citrus flavours. The finish is crisp and refreshing, with a subtle savoury edge. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon form the blend, with short skin contact and cool stainless-steel fermentation. The stated composition is sixty-two percent Merlot and thirty-eight percent Cabernet Sauvignon.

Flushed pink with coral tones, this dry rosé is fresh, youthful and harmonious. Delicate fruit aromas accompany a balanced palate with no tannins and low acidity. Negroamaro and Malvasia are macerated with their skins for at least eight hours, followed by soft pressing. The blend comes from Puglia and contains twelve percent alcohol. It can accompany seafood, fresh cheeses, pasta salads, seasonal vegetables, poultry or lightly cured meats.

Light straw colour accompanies citrus, peach and vanilla aromas. Key lime, white peach, green apple and mineral notes appear on the off-dry palate, which has a full mouthfeel, acidity and a long finish. The vineyard lies near Kamloops on the South Thompson River, amid limestone and hills of sage and grass. The wine contains twelve-point-two percent alcohol.

Fresh watermelon, violets, red berries and redcurrant accompany juicy raspberry and herbs. Cranberry, citrus and red apple are also present. The palate has light tannins and a fresh finish. Made entirely from five clones of estate-grown Pinot Noir in Lillooet, the grapes spend forty-eight hours on their skins before pressing. Suggested pairings include barbecue salmon, pulled pork, bacon-wrapped scallops or Niçoise salad.

Delicate scents of apple blossoms, wet stone and pine honey accompany meadow flowers, lemon zest and assertive orchard apples. The palate is lively, with acidity and freshness. Made entirely from native Jacquère, the wine comes from Jongieux in Savoie. The vines grow on steep clay-limestone slopes in the French Alps, and the profile recalls mountain air and a pure stream.
