Fiuza 2022 Oceanus Reserva Touriga Nacional & Alicante Bouschet
Portuguese Red
Deep ruby colour introduces aromas of violet and red fruit with notes of wood. The palate is full-bodied, with balanced acidity, velvety tannins and a long, structured finish. Touriga Nacional and Alicante Bouschet grow on clay-limestone soils in the Tejo region. Vinification includes a pre-fermentation maceration for aromatic extraction and supple tannins. The wine contains between thirteen and fourteen percent alcohol.
Ursa Major 2024 Off with My Head!! Fruit Piquette
Canadian Sparkling
Yellow plum, yuzu and pomelo shape the aromas, while raspberry iced tea and boysenberry define the palate. This spritzy, low-alcohol fruit piquette combines freshly pressed Gewurztraminer and Foch pomace with Golden Delicious apple juice fermented on Pinot Noir skins. Empress plums mature for eighteen months in neutral oak, adding another fruit component to the finished drink.

Portuguese Red
Rock rose, plum, wild blueberry, violet and cassis define the fruit and floral profile. Fine, tight tannins lead to a salty, lingering finish. The blend draws equally from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grown in Pinhão at three hundred to four hundred and fifty metres. Native fermentation uses schist lagares with foot treading and stainless steel, followed by twelve months in French oak.

Portuguese Fortified
Sweet fruit, honey and wood shape a rich, perfumed aroma. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, with a long, flavoursome finish. White grapes grow mainly on the upper terraces of the Douro Valley. Individual wines mature in wooden vats for about three years before blending. The blend includes Malvasia Fina, Viozinho, Esgana Cão, Rabigato and Gouveio, and contains twenty percent alcohol.
Laderas del Tiétar 2019 Garnacha
Spanish Red
Medicinal cherry, strawberry jam and smoked cocoa run through a juicy palate framed by light, sticky tannins. The wine is made entirely from Garnacha grown biodynamically in the Sierra de Gredos. Fermentation uses whole bunches and a short maceration. Fruit comes from cooperative growers, with Dani Landi and Fernando García selecting grapes and advising on the winemaking. The youthful, exuberant profile suits sweet-glazed ribs.

Chilean Red
Plum and savoury notes lead the profile, followed by lush dark fruit and a spicy, peppery undercurrent. Smoked bay leaf and pipe tobacco add further detail. The tannins are fully dispersed, while sweet fruit balances a final green note. Made from Carménère in Chile's Colchagua Valley, the wine carries fourteen percent alcohol and suits empanadas, beef tacos or other savoury dishes.

Made entirely from Chardonnay from the Limarí Valley, the wine spends ten months in oak barrels. Its length remains focused on the fruit flavours, which linger through the finish.

Pale yellow colour shows green reflections, while subtle white-fruit and white-flower aromas lead the profile. The palate is crisp and balanced, with fresh acidity and a fruity, clean finish. The blend combines Semillon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne and Kınalı Yapıncak from the family vineyard and traditional vineyards of the Gallipoli peninsula. Grapes are harvested in the cool of dawn to preserve their qualities.

Passion fruit, grapefruit, currant and cassis are joined by fig, apple blossom, pineapple, melon and citrus. The palate carries pronounced yet agreeable acidity, good length and a clean, precise finish. The fruit comes from Las Dichas in the western Casablanca Valley. After a short press maceration, free-run juice ferments at controlled temperature, then rests on its lees for several weeks before blending.

Made entirely from Loureiro, the grapes are selected in the field, harvested by hand and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats.

Fruit comes from both the Similkameen and Okanagan valleys.

The wine contains 13.5 percent alcohol, with a pH of 3.32, total acidity of 5.9 grams per litre and residual sugar of 2.1 grams per litre.

French White
White pear and peach meet lemon, grapefruit, white flowers and hawthorn. A subtle exotic note is also present. The palate is lively, refreshing, mineral and rounded, with fruit followed by a long, saline finish. Rolle, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are vinified separately at low temperature in stainless steel, with no barrel ageing. The wine is organically produced.

Ripe blackberry, cassis and currant lead the fruit, with tobacco and spice emerging later. The texture is smooth and the fruit remains juicy, giving the wine weight without excessive heaviness. Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon, it comes from California and contains 13.7 percent alcohol. The finish is clean and smooth, and the wine suits grilled beef, burgers or barbecue ribs.

Made from Lambrusco Salamino in Reggio Emilia, this organic frizzante ferments in stainless-steel tanks. The wine contains 11.5 percent alcohol and is intended to be enjoyed young.
La Lisse 2025 Soie d’Ivoire Chenin Blanc

Round and supple, with rich toasted notes from oak ageing and a gentle citrus character. The palate is densely fruity, led by peach flambée. Chenin Blanc grows on cool clay-and-limestone slopes in the Pyrenean foothills, where later picking brings full ripeness while retaining crispness. Partial vinification and maturation use new and seasoned French oak, and the wine carries HVE3 sustainable certification.

Bright cherry-garnet colour accompanies red fruit, wild berries and a vegetal note. Strawberry and raspberry are present in a balanced, fruit-driven profile with sweet tannins and a sweet finish. Made entirely from Garnacha, the fruit is harvested by hand from old vines on the north face of Moncayo. The wine spends five months in French oak barrels and contains 13.9 percent alcohol.

Sweet mixed berries, strawberries and cream, orange zest and honey appear alongside refreshing acidity and a long finish. This British Columbia rosé comes from the Okanagan Valley in Canada. The tasting room is located in Okanagan Falls, where the wine appears among the current releases.

Golden Delicious apple, pear and acacia blossom accompany a fresh, fruity palate and light, velvety body. Persistent bubbles balance acidity, softness and structure. Made entirely from Glera, the wine undergoes cold maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature. A second fermentation takes place for one month in pressurized stainless-steel tanks, followed by one month of bottle ageing. Alcohol is eleven percent.

Passion fruit is present in this Sauvignon Blanc. The estate vineyard lies in Gladstone, within Wairarapa, beside the Ruamahanga River. Stony, free-draining alluvial soils combine with warm daytime temperatures, cool nights and low rainfall. The fruit is grown and bottled at the family-owned estate, whose white wines are produced to reflect the characteristics of their regional setting.

Spanish White
White fruit, floral and herbaceous aromas meet a silky, fresh palate with balanced acidity, light tannins and a slightly bitter finish. Made entirely from Airén, the wine ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts after a manual harvest. Skin contact lasts about four months in stainless steel, followed by two months in amphora. It is bottled by gravity without fining, filtration or added sulphites.

The profile includes citrus, crisp green apple, tropical fruit and a mineral finish. Candied lemon and pink grapefruit add further detail, while the texture is ripe and round. Made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc, the fruit comes from vineyards in Washington's Horse Heaven Hills and White Bluffs areas. The wine is made in British Columbia. Seafood, goat cheese and Caesar salad are suggested pairings.

Hazelnut aromas and exotic spices accompany a richly textured, nutty profile. Made from Palomino, this dry fortified wine undergoes oxidative ageing in American oak butts. The base wine is fortified to eighteen percent alcohol. Ageing through a criaderas-and-solera system lasts fifteen years. The final wine contains nineteen percent alcohol and comes from Jerez de la Frontera.

Canadian Red
Bright raspberry meets dark fruit and firm structure. The blend contains fifty-one percent Cabernet Franc, forty-eight percent Petit Verdot and one percent Pinot Noir, all harvested by hand. Fruit is destemmed and crushed before a twenty-one-day maceration and fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation lasts fourteen months in neutral French barrels, alcohol is 13.9 percent, and production totals 920 cases.
Gérard Bertrand 2023 Le Chouchou
French Red
Ruby colour and ripe red fruit meet floral notes, strawberry, cherry and a touch of spice. The texture is silky, with soft, integrated tannins. It is a light red wine. Grapes are harvested early in the morning. Maceration lasts three to five days, fermentation finishes at twenty degrees Celsius, and ageing takes place for three months in tank.

Fruit is harvested in the early morning, with brief skin contact, gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel.

Raspberry, forest fruit and blackberry accompany an intense purple colour and a round palate. The red wine is made entirely from Caladoc without added sulphites. Caladoc is a crossing of Grenache and Malbec. Production uses mechanical night harvesting, bioprotection and a long maceration. Cellar work includes manual punchdowns and pumpovers, and maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Alcohol is fourteen percent.

Blackberry, blackcurrant, spice, pepper and leather accompany a deep ruby colour. The palate is smooth and viscous, with acidity and alcohol in balance. The blend combines Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta. A second fermentation takes place on Amarone lees. Ageing includes six months in tank, eighteen months in French Allier tonneaux and six months in bottle.
