Its clean, lively palate stays balanced and finishes with a lingering, refreshing edge. Made in Emilia from Lambrusco Salamino and Lambrusco Sorbara using the Charmat method, it is an adaptable table wine for charcuterie, pizza, light pasta dishes, white meats or fried seafood. Serve well chilled.
