Its dense, silky texture is refreshed by gentle acidity, leaving a broad and persistent finish without heaviness. Made from sun-dried fruit from a single harvest in Montilla-Moriles, it is rewarding with foie gras, blue cheese, nuts, vanilla ice cream or fruit-based desserts. Serve lightly chilled.
