The Hatch 2021 Ross O Red Blend
Canadian Red
Coffee bean, plum and black pepper accompany red plum, strawberry and mixed-berry notes. Juicy cherry and plum sit within a savoury, lively profile. The dry red combines Merlot and Pinot Noir from British Columbia's Okanagan Valley and contains twelve percent alcohol. Suggested pairings include smoked meat, roast turkey sandwiches and mushroom crostini. Its name reflects rosso, the Italian word for red.
Sperling Vineyards 2021 Organic Heritage Pinot Noir Rosé
Canadian Rosé
Deep amber-orange in colour, this dry rosé shows ripe strawberry, raspberry jam and subtle smoke. The finish is tart and warming. Pinot Noir from clone 777 was grown on the biodynamically farmed estate in East Kelowna. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed and barrel fermented, then remained in barrel until the following March before bottling. The wine contains thirteen percent alcohol and pairs with salmon burgers.
Famille Hugel Gentil 2024 Alsace
French White
Gewürztraminer supplies spice, Pinot Gris body, Riesling finesse, Muscat a grapey character, and Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner refreshment. The grapes are harvested by hand from clay and limestone soils around Riquewihr. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats between eighteen and twenty-four degrees Celsius. Natural clarification and light filtration precede cellar ageing. The wine contains thirteen-point-five percent alcohol and 4.4 grams per litre of residual sugar.
Clos du Soleil 2024 Lumière Low-Alcohol Rosé
American Rosé
Rose petals, strawberries, apricot and anise appear in the aromatics. Ripe strawberry, tangerine and apricot are present on the palate, which is dry and delicate with a juicy mid-palate. Made entirely from Sangiovese grown at Airport Ranch Estates in Washington's Yakima Valley, the wine contains nine percent alcohol. The grapes are destemmed, lightly crushed and immediately pressed before cool stainless-steel fermentation.
Miopasso 2018 Fiano Terre Siciliane IGP
Italian White
Fresh floral notes and touches of honey accompany crisp citrus acidity. The palate is balanced and the wine may be served chilled as an aperitif or with seafood. Fiano grapes from Sicily are picked by hand, destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation takes place between fourteen and sixteen degrees Celsius without malolactic fermentation, followed by time on fine lees and gentle filtration before bottling.

Italian Rosé
Rose and violet aromas accompany red berries. Ripe red berries, pink grapefruit and currant are present on the palate, with fresh citrus and herbal notes. The wine is made entirely from organically grown Nerello Mascalese in Sicily under the Terre Siciliane IGT designation. Grapes are harvested by hand, and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
Marani Alazani Valley Semi-Sweet Red
Georgian Red
Dark pomegranate colour carries violet highlights. Blackberry, cherry, prune and other ripe-fruit notes appear with light spice. The palate is full and soft, with moderate tannins and mild sweetness. The finish is fruity and slightly spicy. The wine is made entirely from Saperavi grown in Kakheti, Georgia, fermented in stainless steel, and contains twelve percent alcohol.
Sage Hills Vineyard 2017 Pinot Gris
Canadian White
Pear, subtle peach and tart, pithy lemon peel appear in a clear, crisp profile. The palate is lean and citrus-led. Organically grown Pinot Gris from Summerland Bench in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada, was fermented in stainless steel. Apple is also present, and the dry finish is crisp and refreshing. Production totalled eight hundred forty-four cases.

Vibrant raspberry, cherry and plum fruit appear with restrained cedar and vanilla oak. The palate is smooth, with silky, sappy tannins and a structured, savoury finish. Pinot Noir from the Yarra Valley is dry and delicate, with a light cherry-red colour. A hint of stewed fruit and confectionery notes are also present. The wine contains thirteen-point-five percent alcohol and is closed under screwcap.

Medium yellow-green colour shows silver reflections. Delicate herbal spice, yellow pear, fresh orange zest and tobacco nuances appear with white orchard fruit. The medium-bodied palate includes subtle sweetness and integrated acidity; floral honey is present in the finish. Grüner Veltliner from Weinviertel contains twelve-point-five percent alcohol and spends six months in stainless steel. It is certified Sustainable Austria and vegan.

Made entirely from Graciano in Navarra, Spain, the wine has an intense ruby-red colour with a violet rim. It contains thirteen-point-seven percent alcohol. Fermentation is temperature-controlled, and barrel ageing lasts four months.

Barbera, Nebbiolo and Dolcetto form the blend from Piedmont, Italy. The wine has a bright ruby colour, thirteen-point-five percent alcohol and a semi-dry style under the Piemonte DOC designation. It pairs with antipasti, pasta, grilled poultry or pork, and medium-aged cheeses.

Ripe, sweet berries and mineral notes define a full-bodied profile. The palate is fruity and supple, with liquorice, soft tannins and a ripe, long finish. Tinta de Toro comes from sandy vineyards with a high granitic-stone component. Harvesting is by hand, fermentation uses natural yeasts in concrete below twenty-four degrees Celsius, and the wine spends two months on its lees in concrete.

The wine contains 13.1 percent alcohol and is vegan, sustainable, organic and biodynamic. Serving options include charcuterie, cold meats or grilled asparagus with goat cheese.

The blend combines sixty percent Merlot with forty percent Corvina from Veneto, Italy. It contains fourteen percent alcohol and has a structured, approachable red character.
Araldica 2022 Piemonte Barbera
Italian Red
Plum, raspberry and cherry lead this fresh, juicy red, while sour cherry, soft tannins, spicy liquorice and balsamic notes add detail. Refreshing acidity shapes the finish. Barbera grows on clay-limestone soils in the Monferrato hills, where grapes are hand-harvested before fermentation and malolactic conversion in stainless steel. The wine then matures for four to six months in stainless steel before bottling.

Earthy strawberry aromas meet Okanagan desert notes in this pale, dry rosé. Red fruit and crisp acidity accompany a creamy texture, with 1.6 grams per litre of residual sugar. The wine is a partnership between Michael Bartier and Eric Monnin of Boutinot, bringing together Okanagan Valley vineyards and French winemaking experience. The wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol.

Clear straw-yellow colour introduces sour cherry, orange blossom, broom and quince. The palate is rich and mineral, with freshness, harmony, a lightly savoury character and a floral finish. Sangiovese is vinified as a white wine, with the fruit soft-pressed before cool fermentation and maturation in stainless steel. The wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol.
Moon Curser 2025 Viognier
Canadian White
Medium straw colour accompanies ambrosia apple, rose petal, pear and grapefruit aromas. White stone fruit, honeysuckle and orange blossom join a rich, round, slightly oily texture, while acidity and minerality carry through the finish. The Viognier was hand-picked, sorted twice, whole-cluster pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation or lees stirring. The wine is vegan.
Castell d’Or Brut Organic Cava
Spanish Sparkling
Very pale in colour, this sparkling organic Cava shows tropical and white-fruit aromas. The palate is round, with integrated acidity and good length. Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada are fermented separately before a second fermentation in bottle. More than fourteen months of bottle ageing develops the bubbles. The wine contains eleven and a half percent alcohol; the recommended serving temperature is seven to eight degrees Celsius.
Rinomata Cantina Tombacco 2019 Biferno Rosso Riserva
Italian Red
Deep ruby colour opens with spice, vanilla, cinnamon and wood. The palate is smooth and velvety, with delicate tannins, while cherry, plum and vanilla accompany the full, rounded finish. The blend is eighty percent Montepulciano and twenty percent Aglianico from Molise, Italy. Maturation takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in 500-litre tonneaux for at least thirty-six months. The wine contains fourteen percent alcohol.
Hester Creek 2024 Columbia Valley Meritage
American Red
Blackberry, Lapin cherry, cassis, cedar and vanilla define the profile, with full tannins and a long finish. The blend combines sixty-two percent Cabernet Sauvignon, twenty-two percent Merlot, eight percent Malbec and eight percent Cabernet Franc. Fruit came from Red Mountain in Columbia Valley. Individual lots were cold-soaked and fermented before eight months in French and American oak.

Holden Manz 2020 Reserve Chenin Blanc
South African White
Golden-yellow colour leads to kumquat, honeysuckle, quince and citrus blossom. The palate is rounded and medium to full in body, with crisp acidity, yellow fruit, fresh ginger and pineapple through a long finish. Chenin Blanc comes from Simonsberg/Paarl and Perdeberg. Wild-yeast fermentation uses barrels and tanks, with part of the wine spending twelve months in French oak and regular fine-lees stirring.

Citrus colour leads to a young, floral aroma with exotic and white-fruit notes. The palate is fresh, fruit-driven and harmonious. This dry white is produced and bottled by Quinta da Pacheca in Portugal's Douro region. The estate is among the Douro properties long associated with bottling wine under its own label. Serve slightly chilled with poultry, clams, grilled fish, shellfish, salads or pasta.
