Plum and dried-fruit flavours are joined by dark chocolate, liquorice and a hint of coconut. This concentrated Shiraz has ripe, firm tannins and a fresh underlying structure. Rich Barossa fruit is balanced by a savoury edge, giving the wine depth and definition rather than simply weight or sweetness.

About Barossa Valley Estate
Barossa Valley Estate began in 1984, when local growers formed a cooperative to process their fruit amid falling grape prices. Later that year the Valley Growers and Consolidated co-operatives combined under the Barossa Valley Estate name.
The winery focuses on red wines: Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache-Shiraz-Mourvèdre and Malbec. Its cellar door sits in Marananga, overlooking the valley, with perennial gardens conceived by Australian landscape designer Paul Bangay.
