Fresh citrus and tropical fruit lead, with grapefruit, lime, lemon peel and white peach joined by a subtle herbal edge. The palate is light and lively, balancing smooth fruit with bright acidity and a persistent finish. Hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc was gently pressed and fermented cool to preserve freshness. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with seafood, salads and lightly seasoned fish.

About Santa Rita
Viña Santa Rita has been rooted in Alto Jahuel since 1880, when Domingo Fernández Concha planted French varieties in the Maipo Valley. He brought French winemakers and equipment to Chile. The winery sources grapes from Maipo, Limarí and other Chilean regions.
