Ripe cherry and blackcurrant lead into vanilla, clove and tobacco from contact with oak. The palate is medium-bodied and fruit-forward, with rounded tannins, fresh acidity and a juicy finish. Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile’s central zone brings red and dark-fruit character together with gentle spice. Serve just below room temperature with pork, grilled beef, spicy sauces or firm cheese.
