Pear, pale orchard fruit and a gentle menthol note meet a lightly cloudy, textural white. Macabeo, Grenache Gris and Carignan Blanc from Roussillon bring a softly oxidative edge, subtle salinity and a faint natural spritz. The palate stays broad but restrained, with low-seeming acidity and a savoury finish. Serve cool with grilled fish, roast poultry, creamy vegetables or washed-rind cheese.

About Domaine des Sarradels
Domaine des Sarradels is a wine estate at Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet in the Roussillon. Its reds draw on Grenache and Mourvèdre, while its whites include Macabeu, Grenache Gris and Carignan Blanc. Organic and biodynamic practices guide the vineyard work, with a low-intervention approach in the cellar.
