Selection
Bruichladdich 16 Year Old First Growth Cuvee B Chateau Latour
Rich and wine-shaped, with nuts, butter and stewed fruit layered over molasses and espresso. Berry fruit and an unlit-cigar note add darker detail to the aroma. The palate is chewy and generous, bringing sugared citrus peel, stone fruit, pepper and oak through a rounded texture. The finish is long and bittersweet, with the wine-cask tannin settling neatly into seasoned oak.
Glenfarclas 175th Anniversary Chairman’s Reserve
Complex and vividly sherried, with red berries, orange oil and marzipan joined by black tea, tobacco, mint and baking spice. The palate is creamy and expansive, layering cherry and plum preserves with dark chocolate, espresso and polished oak. Bright fruit acidity keeps the depth energetic, while waxy texture and gentle bitterness add mature structure. The finish is exceptionally long, spicy and balanced, lingering on cocoa, fruit and elegant old wood.
Benromach 30 Year Old
Mature and richly sherried, with rum-soaked raisins, roasted stone fruit and vanilla framed by delicate baking spice. The palate is smooth and generous, layering Christmas cake, marzipan and icing sugar with warming spice and polished old oak. Fruit remains clear beneath the sweetness, giving the whisky balance and lift. The finish is long and rewarding, carrying dried fruit, vanilla and gentle spice with a composed, creamy persistence.
