Raspberry, bright cherry and red plum lead, lifted by dried flowers and a touch of citrus. The palate is dry and silky, layering ripe red fruit with savoury herbs, clove, nutmeg and gentle earthy notes. Fresh acidity carries the wine through a smooth, elegant finish, making it a graceful match for roast poultry, mushrooms or veal ragu.

About Robin Ridge
Tim and Caroline Cottrill run Robin Ridge as a family winery near Keremeos in British Columbia’s Similkameen Valley. Their eighteen-acre vineyard has well-drained gravelly loam, dry, sunny days and cool nights. The vines are trained on a Geneva Double Curtain system, which spreads the canopy to manage light and airflow. The family makes aromatic whites and Chardonnay as well as Pinot Noir, Gamay and Bordeaux-style blends.
