Maturation lasts six months in concrete tanks. The wine is bottled without fining and with light filtration. Its palate is chiselled, tighter and less full than usual.

Black raspberry, sandalwood, ground pepper, dried herbs, dark cherry and cassis are present with fine, firm tannins and a long, spicy finish.
