DeLoach Vineyards 2019 Russian River Valley Chardonnay
American White
Bright citrus, lemon zest and peach form the aromatic profile. Bartlett pear, lemon curd, white flowers and baking spices appear on the palate, which is full-bodied, rich and weighty, with integrated acidity. Half of the wine ferments in French oak barrels and half in stainless steel, with some malolactic fermentation. Ageing lasts fourteen months, using ten percent new French oak. It contains fourteen and a half percent alcohol.

American Red
Ruby red in colour, this wine opens with bright strawberry and cherry aromas. Raspberry, rhubarb and dark plum flavours appear with spice, bright acidity and savoury notes. The texture is medium-bodied, with moderate tannins. Compost smoke and well-managed oak are also present. The finish is lingering and mouthwatering, and the wine contains fourteen percent alcohol.
Montecariano 2017 Madonna del Cariano Bianco Veneto IGT
Italian White
The colour is bright straw yellow. Jasmine and elderflower appear with apricot, peach and spice. The palate is balanced, with fragrant acidity. Corvina, Corvinone, Pelara and Molinara are used in the blend. The vines average seventy-five years old and grow on limestone, fossil and clay soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with bâtonnage, followed by three months in bottle.
Black Hills 2023 Viognier
Canadian White
Orange blossom and honeysuckle lead the aroma, with tree-ripened apricot, lemon, peach yoghurt and subtle spice. The texture is rich and creamy, with crisp acidity and a long finish. The grapes are hand harvested, bunch sorted and whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation uses concrete, stainless steel and neutral oak puncheons. Maturation lasts six months on fine lees. The wine is entirely Viognier and contains fourteen percent alcohol.
Plume 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley
American Red
Cassis, vanilla, plum, liquorice, mocha, pencil shavings and tobacco form the aromatic profile. The palate has supple weight and a smooth texture, with freshness. Spiced cocoa appears on the finish. This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Alexander Valley in California. Plume is a Stewart family project developed after the family expanded its wine work from the Okanagan Valley into California.

Monastrell makes up ninety percent of the blend, with ten percent Syrah. The wine comes from vineyards at six hundred metres in Alicante, planted on sandy Quaternary soils over clay subsoil. Raspberry, red and black fruit, rose petals, undergrowth and aromatic herbs are present. The palate has volume, with a strong opening followed by an approachable character. It contains fourteen and a half percent alcohol.

Czech Red
Cabernet Franc, Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir come from twenty-year-old vines planted on sand in Moravský Žižkov. The grapes are destemmed and undergo carbonic maceration, followed by maturation in old large oak. The wine is made without added sulphur and contains twelve and a half percent alcohol. It is a red wine from the Czech Republic.

Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle form the blend. Mango, dried apricot, honeyed yuzu, vanillin and candied ginger appear with luscious sweetness and citrus acidity. Half the Chardonnay was whole-cluster pressed. The remainder was crushed, destemmed and left on skins for four hours before pressing. Cold fermentation used natural yeast, followed by seven months in French oak and partial malolactic fermentation. Lemon zest, stone fruit, roasted nuts and honey blossom appear with a rich, buttery mouthfeel, fresh acidity, integrated oak and a long finish.

Riesling and Furmint are used in equal proportions for this dry white wine from Hungary's Balaton region. Floral notes, white and yellow stone fruit and a faint herbal note appear with intense fruit, balanced acidity, minerality, darker saline tones and length. Fermentation is spontaneous, and maturation takes place in stainless steel and Hungarian oak. The wine contains thirteen percent alcohol.

It is dry and slightly savoury, with strawberry and watermelon notes, a rich texture and a mineral finish.

This California Syrah contains fourteen and a half percent alcohol. Raspberry and blackberry fruit appear with strawberry-buttercream and cinnamon notes. The profile has acidity, richness, weight and intensity, and the wine remains approachable. The fruit comes from an organically farmed vineyard in Mendocino County. Bottling takes place without filtration, sulphur or other additives of any kind.
Laurent Saillard 2021 Grenache du Gard Syrah du Vaucluse
French Red
Grenache from the Gard and Syrah from Vaucluse were destemmed and fermented separately on skins for five days. The fruit was pressed into tank for five months of élevage, with ten parts per million of sulphur added at bottling. This red wine has moderate tannins, slight bitterness and depth, while remaining accessible. It contains twelve and a half percent alcohol.

Fermentation takes place in concrete and oak vats rather than stainless steel, and maturation lasts seven months in oak and concrete. Wild berries, herbs and flowers appear with spice. The wine has a juicy texture, round tannins and moderate acidity, with thirteen percent alcohol. Made entirely from Mencía, this red wine comes from Ribeira Sacra in Galicia.

Made entirely from Tintilla, the fruit comes from vineyards in Balbaina, Corchuelo and Carrascal, each with distinct soils and microclimates. Harvest is by hand at night into small boxes holding no more than fourteen kilograms. Sixty percent of the grapes remain undestemmed. Vinification takes place in stainless steel and open barrels for about thirty days, with little pumping over, followed by roughly five months in used wood and fifteen months in tank.

The aromas include wild strawberry, cherry and rose petals. The palate has watermelon, redcurrant, bright fruit and crisp energy, with a clean, savoury finish. Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Pinot Noir were direct-pressed and fermented separately in stainless steel at cool temperatures. The wine remained on gross lees for one month, was blended, and spent four months in tank before bottling.

Winemaking uses whole clusters, native fermentation and neutral French oak. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration. Leather saddle, pipe tobacco and vanilla pod appear with wild sagebrush, toasted spices, crunchy cherry and dried rose petal. The wine has soft, velvety tannins, zippy acidity, low alcohol and length. The estate vineyard is farmed organically without chemical pesticides, fertilizers or herbicides.
Manvi 2020 Arya Vino Nobile di Montepulciano
Italian Red
The colour is bright, intense ruby, while the aroma is restrained. The palate is full-bodied, with hearty tannins and fruit that is very well integrated. Earthy tones are present, and the finish is creamy. This organically produced Sangiovese comes from Tuscany in Italy and contains fourteen percent alcohol. A cork is used for the closure.

This dry white is made entirely from Cortese grown in Gavi, Piedmont. It contains thirteen percent alcohol and matures for five months in stainless steel. Organic certification comes from BIOS, while AGRIBIO provides biodynamic certification; the wine is also sustainable and vegan. Abouriou, Cabernet Franc and Merlot form this red blend. Merlot and Cabernet Franc are destemmed and fermented in vats, while Abouriou is vinified in whole clusters with semi-carbonic maceration. Maturation lasts about ten to twelve months in foudres, older barrels and concrete before slight filtration. Red and dark fruit appear with spice, lively structure and an alcohol level of twelve-and-a-half percent.
Terravista Vineyards 2023 En Terre Cabernet Franc Okanagan Falls
Canadian Red
Raspberry and redcurrant appear with earthy undertones, ripe red fruit, dried herbs and spice. The wine is medium to full-bodied, with firm tannins, freshness and a long finish. Fruit was hand-picked from Rock Oven Vineyard, then destemmed, fermented for two weeks in a large oak barrique, held for a further week after fermentation and aged seventeen months in French oak.

Whole-berry fermentation and extended maceration are used for Cabernet Franc cultivated on a gently sloping, west-facing mountainside. The wine spends sixteen months in French oak. Wild sage, berries and spice appear with raspberry jam, wet stone and cherry, while the structure is balanced and the tannins are supple. The wine comes from British Columbia's Similkameen Valley.

Made entirely from Grenache, this medium-bodied dry red comes from fruit sourced in Roussillon and vinified at the Puzelats' estate. Whole clusters undergo semi-carbonic maceration, and the wine spends eight months in demi-muids. The wine carries a practising-organic classification, and its fruit was grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers or herbicides. Its origin falls within France's Languedoc-Roussillon region.

Barrel fermentation and malolactic fermentation are followed by eight months in French oak. Coconut and vanilla bean appear with macerated pear, brûléed pineapple, crunchy honeycomb and rum-raisin ice cream. Bright acidity and sea salt are also present. Made entirely from Chardonnay, the wine contains 13.8% alcohol and comes from Mariposa vineyards in British Columbia's southern interior.

This dry Croatian white is made from Pošip and comes from the winegrowing area around Trilj in Dalmatia. The early-ripening grape is cultivated across both central and southern parts of the region. A Croatian restaurant wine list records thirteen percent alcohol. Pošip is the offspring of two distinct local varieties, Bijela Bratkovina and Zlatarska Bistrica.
