Foradori 2024 Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco

Made entirely from Incrocio Manzoni, this white wine is vinified with its skins in cement and rests for twelve months in acacia casks. Olive oil and fresh bread appear with mimosa, acacia honey and soft moss. The profile has both vigour and liveliness, while the wine carries eleven-and-a-half percent alcohol. Skin contact lasts about one week.

About Foradori
Azienda Agricola Foradori was founded in 1901 and entered the Foradori family in 1939 when Vittorio Foradori acquired the estate. Elisabetta Foradori completed her first harvest there in 1984; a year later she began selecting vines to preserve Teroldego’s genetic diversity.
Teroldego grows in Campo Rotaliano, while Fontanasanta, on the hills of Trento, supplies Nosiola and Manzoni Bianco. Some Teroldego wines use cement and wood, others amphora; the Nosiola is made with skin contact.
