French Red
Black cherry, cassis, nuts and cassis-jam character are present. Tannins are also present, with astringency in the finish. Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon are macerated separately before fermentation and maturation. The organically farmed fruit comes from several French growers. Sulphur totals fifteen milligrams per litre, alcohol is thirteen percent, and the wine is classified as a French red.
Adriano Marco e Vittorio 2021 Lice Freisa Langhe
Italian Red
Cherry, strawberry, raspberry and rose meet a fresh, vinous character. The palate has moderate body, present tannins and an easy flow. Freisa comes from the family's first planting of the variety, a parcel once belonging to an uncle named Felice. Fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel, with no wood used. The wine is classified as organic and matures in steel and bottle.
Rigour & Whimsy 2023 Bite of the Dragon Riesling
Canadian White
Certified-organic Riesling comes from the Sekhon family vineyard in Osoyoos, British Columbia. Whole clusters are direct pressed, and the juice settles before being racked to older barrels. Fermentation and ageing take place on full solids, after which the wine returns to stainless steel for bottling. The finished white wine contains 12.5 percent alcohol by volume.
Domaine Wilfried 2019 L’Affable Côtes du Rhône
French Red
The blend brings together Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache Noir and Syrah. Grapes at the estate are harvested by hand and sorted, while fermentation uses native yeasts without oenological additions. Maturation takes place mainly in concrete vats. Depending on the release and cuvée, a light sulphur addition may follow malolactic fermentation or precede bottling. The vineyards are organically certified.

Cherry, plum and floral notes meet scrubland and mineral character, with granite detail and a long finish. The wine is made entirely from Garnacha. Selected fruit is harvested by hand, destemmed and fermented spontaneously in separate parcels before spending ten months in French oak. The vineyards range from forty to eighty-five years old, and the release is certified organic.

Brambly raspberry and strawberry meet bright acidity and balanced tannins in this organically farmed Pinot Noir. The fruit comes from a single vineyard in Peachland, British Columbia. Natural fermentation follows fourteen days of semi-carbonic maceration, with a short élevage in neutral oak. Bottling is unfined and unfiltered with thirty parts per million of sulphur. Production totalled 250 cases, at 13.4 percent alcohol.
Niepoort 2023 Nat’Cool Bairrada Tinto 1 L
Portuguese Red
Made entirely from Baga, the wine brings together red cherry, strawberry, savoury herbs and mineral notes in a fresh, bright profile. The grapes grow on limestone soils under organic and biodynamic farming. They are destemmed, fermented carbonically and matured for ten months in stainless steel. Minimal sulfur is added at bottling, and the wine carries eleven percent alcohol with a silky texture and slight spritz.
Markus Altenburger 2017 Rot Blaufränkisch
Austrian Red
Blaufränkisch comes from a blend of hillside sites with limestone and slate soils. Fermentation proceeds with little intervention, and maturation takes place in large wood. The wine is unfiltered, certified organic and carries 12.5 percent alcohol. Its profile emphasizes freshness, juiciness and drinkability. The release is classified as Leithaberg DAC and represents the Jois expression of this grape.

Watermelon-candy fruit meets a fresh, rounded texture in this Pinot Gris, which includes a dash of Gewurztraminer. The fruit comes from Kelowna in British Columbia and is organically farmed. Natural fermentation follows five days of maceration, and élevage takes place in stainless steel. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with low sulfur and nothing else added.

Pale peach in colour, this bone-dry pétillant naturel has a racy profile with tangerine, wild strawberry, white peach and crunchy green apple. Gamay Noir comes from the organically farmed Mariani Vineyard on the Naramata Bench. The wine carries nine percent alcohol and was produced in a seventy-five-case lot. It is made by the ancestral method.
A Sunday in August 2021 Pinot Blanc Pétillant Naturel
Canadian Sparkling
Organic Pinot Blanc is destemmed, then kept as whole berries for five days of semi-carbonic maceration. Fermentation begins with ambient yeast, and the wine is bottled before primary fermentation finishes. Five months on the lees precede disgorgement. No fining or filtration is used, and sulfur is limited to twenty parts per million. Tangerine-creamsicle fruit sits within a bright, structured profile.
Catherine & Pierre Breton 2023 Grolleau
French Red
Made from Grolleau, this red comes from the Loire and carries 10.4 percent alcohol. The estate’s vineyards are certified biodynamic and receive organic care without chemical treatments. Harvest is by hand. Fermentation uses indigenous yeasts, sulphur is kept to a minimum, and the wines are bottled without filtration. The release is classified as Vin de Pays du Val de Loire.
Kühling-Gillot 2018 Spätburgunder
German Red
Cherries, raspberries and plums form a bright fruit profile, joined by light peppercorn. Limestone and loess are also noted. The Pinot Noir is light to medium in body, with fine tannins marked by black tea and a firm framework. The wine is dry, carries thirteen percent alcohol and spent nineteen months in barrique. It is certified organic under the European Union standard.
Little Farm Winery 2022 Pied de Cuve Chardonnay

Smoked lemon and grapefruit appear with spice, red apple and a hint of cherry. The palate is fresh and delicate, with pristine lemon fruit. Chardonnay from an organic vineyard in Cawston was fermented with a pied-de-cuve starter, divided between older barrel and tank, and matured on gross lees for ten months. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulphur added at bottling.
Terravista Vineyards 2025 Verdejo
Canadian White
Nectarine opens the profile with delicate stone-fruit and floral notes. Ripe melon and fresh citrus accompany a textured, medium-bodied palate, while key lime gives the finish a dry, tart edge. The Verdejo was hand-picked in two lots, twenty days apart, then whole-cluster pressed. Fermentation used stainless steel and twenty-eight percent concrete. Lees ageing lasted five months, and alcohol is 13.4 percent.
Ursa Major 2025 Back from the Brink Nouveau
Canadian Red
Thirty-plus-year-old Pinot Noir from Windy Ridge Vineyard in Kaleden is combined with Gamay Noir from Naramata Bench. Whole clusters co-ferment in a closed stainless-steel tank and receive daily foot treading for one week. The process is semi-carbonic. Free-run juice is then racked to tank to finish fermentation. The red is hand-bottled by gravity without fining or filtration, with ten parts per million of sulphur added.
Noëlla Morantin 2018 Mon Cher
French Red
Gamay from the Loire Valley forms this natural red wine. The grower's parcels were already farmed organically when she began working them. After training in viticulture and oenology, she worked alongside natural-wine producers in the Loire and Burgundy before making her first vintage. She later became the owner of the vineyards and retained one hectare planted to Gamay.
Dlúhé Grefty 2021 Rufus
Czech Red
The wine comes from Mutěnice in the Czech Republic. The family farms one and a half hectares of organic vines across eight small plots of clay and loess. Relatives help in the vineyard and cellar, while the children inspire the label artwork. The plantings include several central European varieties, and every bottle is closed under crown cap.
Domaine Duseigneur 2022 Yamakasi Rouge
French Red
Red fruit and herbs appear in a fresh, lively profile with supple tannins. Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault form the blend. Indigenous yeasts drive natural fermentation, and no sulphites are added. The wine is certified organic and made under France's Vin Méthode Nature framework, with minimal cellar intervention. The finished wine is dry and carries thirteen and a half percent alcohol.
Thorn & Burrow 2021 One Day Gewürztraminer

Gewürztraminer forms this natural white wine from British Columbia. Alex Thornley built the project around low-intervention winemaking and organically grown fruit sourced from sites across the province. The wines are made in small batches rather than from an estate vineyard. Each release follows the available fruit and the conditions of its vintage, and the labels are bold, graphic and unconventional.
Ursa Major 2022 Sham Savere Riesling Pinot Gris
Canadian White
Riesling and Pinot Gris form this white blend from Stoneface Vineyard on the Naramata Bench. The steep site faces southwest and has been farmed organically since the current team took over its lease. The project uses sustainable cellar practices and focuses on purity, place and varietal character. The wine was part of the vineyard's debut collection alongside a Gamay release.

Chilean Red
Ripe black cherry, blackberry, blueberry and cassis appear with eucalyptus, violets and subtle oak. Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon come from a hand-harvested, organically farmed vineyard in Colbún with volcanic soil. Native-yeast fermentation follows a three-day cold maceration, with twenty-two days of total maceration. The wine spends fourteen months in used French barrels and is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Birch Block Vineyard 2022 Salut Les Amoureux Pinot Noir
Canadian Red
Pinot Noir comes from a small Kaleden vineyard overlooking Skaha Lake. Dijon clones 115, 667 and 777 grow on previously uncultivated land with sand, loam and glacial deposits. Chemical pesticides, synthetic fertilizers and herbicides are not used. Vineyard work is organic and manual, while winemaking follows a low-intervention approach. The site has long summer days and cool summer nights.
Bella Wines 2024 Field Blend No. 2
Canadian Red
Cabernet Franc leads this organically grown field blend, made by the team behind Plot Vineyards. The profile is juicy, with a light herbaceous accent. The project began in Naramata with a focus on British Columbia sparkling wines. Under Bree McKage, the winery moved to Keremeos in the Similkameen Valley while continuing to work with well-farmed vineyards.
Lunessence 2023 Estate Single Vineyard Chardonnay

Chardonnay from the Summerland Bench estate is foot trodden, wild fermented and aged for five months in French oak. Complete malolactic fermentation is used, and the texture is creamy. Honey, vanilla and red apple appear in a perfumed profile. The estate vineyard is farmed organically and sustainably in Summerland within the Okanagan Valley. Alcohol is thirteen and a half percent.
Domaine Cazottes 2021 Champêtre Blanc
French White
Fresh apple and pear accompany a lively profile with slight roundness and no residual sugar. Mauzac Blanc comes from organic vines on clay-limestone slopes near Cahuzac-sur-Vère. Whole clusters are pressed into tank for a cool overnight settling, then racked to tank for fermentation and maturation. The wine is lightly filtered before bottling with a judicious addition of sulphur dioxide. The vineyards receive biodynamic treatments.
Château Rives-Blanques 2021 Odyssée Limoux Chardonnay
French White
Creamy lees accompany roasted pineapple, spice, mineral character and citrus fruit. The palate is tactile and medium to full in body, with fresh, balanced acidity. Chardonnay forms the entire wine and the grapes are organically grown. The estate specializes in white wines. Its vineyards lie around 350 metres in a protected ecological area where Mediterranean and Atlantic influences meet.
Okanagan Crush Pad 2020 Free Form Riesling
Canadian White
Organic Riesling from Garnet Valley Ranch is whole-bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel with natural yeast. Granny Smith apple, tropical citrus and mandarin pith appear in a delicate, refreshing profile. A creamsicle texture accompanies fine Okanagan tension and length. The wine is identified as natural, with no added sulphites and less than ten milligrams per litre of total sulphites.
Esporão 2020 Colheita Branco
Portuguese White
Antão Vaz, Viosinho and Alvarinho are grown in an organically certified vineyard on clay-loam soils derived from schist. Part of the wine ferments in concrete tulip tanks before four months on fine lees. Straw colour with green tones introduces citrus, orange blossom, grapefruit and papaya. The palate is balanced and vibrant, with an intense body and a persistent finish.
Colombera & Garella 2020 Cascina Cottignano Bramaterra
Italian Red
Nebbiolo forms eighty percent of the blend, with Croatina and Vespolina at ten percent each. The Cottignano parcel lies at 350 metres in Masserano, on acidic volcanic porphyritic sand. The organically farmed vines are twenty to fifty years old. Native-yeast fermentation follows destemming and soft crushing, with up to forty days on skins. The blend rests six months in concrete, then two years in an older large oak cask.
