AboutFidora
Fidora’s story at the Civranetta estate on the Venetian mainland began in the 1920s, when Ferruccio Fidora acquired the property. In 1974 his son Guido stopped using pesticides, setting the family on an organic path that later expanded under Lorenzo Fidora to estates in Valdobbiadene and Valpolicella. Emilio Fidora, the fourth generation, continues the family’s organic and biodynamic farming, with Demeter certification for the estate.
At Civranetta, clay-rich soils near the Venetian lagoon support vines alongside cereals, animals and wild vegetation.

Italian White
Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay are co-fermented from biodynamically farmed Veneto fruit grown near the coast. Caranto soil combines clay with hard calcareous deposits and rocky debris carried by the Piave River. Ripe pear, lychee, creamed wildflower honey and an umeboshi-like sour sensation appear in a creamy, textured profile. The skin-contact wine spends five months in concrete and is bottled without filtration.
