Medium ruby in colour, this Cabernet Franc has ripe blueberry, black tea and eucalyptus aromas. Tart cranberry, Bing cherry and cedar appear in a medium-bodied profile with bold tannins, bright acidity and a long, balanced finish. The wine is dry, made entirely from Cabernet Franc and aged in oak for twenty-one months. The fruit comes from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia.
Keenan 2023 Chardonnay Spring Mountain District
American White
Citrus, ripe pear and green apple appear in the profile, with white peach as the wine opens. The acidity is crisp and the body is medium. The juice is fermented and aged in French and American oak, with lees contact and weekly barrel stirring. Malolactic fermentation is avoided, and cellar ageing lasts approximately seven months. The wine contains 13.1 percent alcohol.

Deep ruby with violet reflections, the wine offers ripe red fruit, mild spice and a light touch of wood. The palate is full-bodied, with lively but integrated tannins, balanced acidity and a long finish. The blend combines Touriga Nacional, Rufete, Jaen, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz. Half matures for six months in used barrels, followed by nine months in bottle.

Sauvignon Blanc parcels lie in Touraine's Controis-en-Sologne, on clay over limestone under a temperate climate with oceanic influence. The vines are about thirty years old. Grapes are hand-harvested, slowly pressed and fermented spontaneously. Maturation takes place in a tank. The wine is fresh and fruit-driven, with exotic, floral and citrus aromas and a rounded palate.
Salvajes de Gredos 2023 Marino Blanco
Spanish White
Straw in colour, the wine carries ripe fruit, dried flowers, fine-lees character and dried herbs. The palate is juicy and varietal. Albillo Real comes from seventy-five-year-old vines in San Martín de Valdeiglesias, rooted in sandy soil over granite. The vineyard is managed organically without herbicides or insecticides, and horses are used in place of machinery.

French Red
Côt and a small portion of Pinot Noir form this Loire red blend. Blueberry and rose appear in a pure, supple profile with a compelling fragrance. The colour is dark without corresponding weight, and the wine contains 11.5 percent alcohol. Côt, another name for Malbec, is the principal grape in the blend, with Pinot Noir used in a smaller amount.
Arnaud Lambert 2023 Les Parcelles Chenin Blanc
French White
Almond, Granny Smith apple, honeyed flowers and mineral notes appear in a dry, delicate profile with present acidity. The wine is made entirely from Chenin Blanc grown on tuffeau limestone with sand and clay topsoil. Natural fermentation remains below seventeen degrees Celsius. Ageing lasts six to eight months in stainless steel, followed by light filtration and the first sulphur addition at bottling.

Floral notes, peach, apricot and citrus appear in a dry, fresh profile. The palate brings soft tannins and a mix of dried apricot, blood grapefruit and fresh herbs. A textured profile also includes bitter marmalade, pleasant bitterness, dried flowers and roasted stone fruit. Made entirely from Malvasia, this orange wine comes from Friuli-Venezia Giulia and contains 13.5 percent alcohol.

The aromas are powerful, while the tannins are balanced. The palate is juicy and the finish is long and lingering. The wine contains 13.5 percent alcohol.
Cantina Giardino 2021 NA Vino Bianco
Italian White
Golden orange in colour, the wine is dry and structured, with floral notes, pure fruit, stone fruit, mineral character and a salty finish. The blend includes Coda di Volpe, Falanghina, Fiano and Greco. Fermentation is spontaneous, and no sulphur dioxide is added. This natural, skin-contact white comes from Campania in Italy and also shows tannin.
Musso 2020 Brua Barbera d’Alba Superiore
Italian Red
Bitter almond, violet candy and a hint of liquorice appear in the aromas. The palate is velvety, with red fruit, structure, body, light tannins and lively bitter notes. Grapes are destemmed and softly crushed before stainless-steel fermentation with maceration and frequent pump-overs. Ageing lasts about two years in large casks and five-hundred-litre tonneaux. The wine contains 15.5 percent alcohol.
Noelia Ricci 2017 Bro’ Bianco Forlì IGT
Italian White
Bright lemon yellow in colour, the wine brings fresh citrus with spicy mineral notes recalling seashells. It is dry, made from Trebbiano, and contains 12.5 percent alcohol. The vineyards lie around fifty kilometres from the Adriatic, while maturation takes place only in stainless steel. The profile is light, with apple, pear and white flowers also present.

Red apple and ginger spice meet a dry, saline profile with pear, white flowers and chalk. The vines are more than fifty-five years old and are farmed biodynamically. After harvest, the wine spends twelve months on its lees in stainless steel. It carries both organic and biodynamic certification, contains 12.5 percent alcohol, and fresh mineral character is also present.

Light straw yellow in colour, the wine carries grapefruit, white peach, lychee and floral notes. The palate is rounded and soft, with harmonious acidity, black-tea spice, melon, mango and fine minerality. Grapes are hand-picked and selected, then gently whole-cluster pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by about six months on fine lees in steel.
Fattoria San Giusto a Rentennano 2022 Chianti Classico

Bright red cherry, red plum, mint, cedar, tobacco, game, liquorice and rose petal shape a mid-weight profile. Acidity is bright, and the wine is fresh and concentrated. The blend is ninety-five percent Sangiovese and five percent Canaiolo. Oak ageing lasts eleven months, while analysis records 14.5 percent alcohol, less than one gram per litre of sugar and 5.35 grams per litre of acidity.

Golden in colour, this dry Pinot Blanc is herbaceous, with salty mineral and citrus flavours and ample texture. Lemon meringue aromas meet a strongly textured palate, fine white-skin tannins and a juicy, sea-breeze finish. The small experimental release contains eleven percent alcohol and was produced in a run of forty-five cases from fruit grown in East Kelowna.
Cesare Bussolo 2023 Dolcetto d’Alba

Deep young red in colour, the wine carries ripe plum and cherry. The palate is full, with softness, fine acidity and tannins. It remains refreshing and firm through a long finish. Made entirely from Dolcetto in Piedmont, it contains thirteen percent alcohol, less than three grams per litre of sugar and 5.4 grams per litre of acidity.
Kechris 2023 Tear of the Pine Retsina
Greek White
Assyrtiko grows in Macedonia on clay-loam soils at 270 to 320 metres, from vines twelve to seventeen years old. Fermentation takes place in oak with selected fresh pine resin, followed by six months on fine lees. The dry white wine has 6.5 grams per litre of total acidity, 13.5 percent alcohol and 2.8 grams per litre of residual sugar. Viticulture is sustainable.

Dark mahogany with iodine reflections, the wine combines dried fruit, mature fruit, raisins and toast. Its palate is velvety, structured and dense, with plum and raisin flavours and a persistent finish. Made entirely from Pedro Ximénez, the wine reaches fifteen percent alcohol and comes from Jerez-Xérès-Sherry. The fruit is dried in the sun for several days before vinification.
M. Antonio de la Riva Manzanilla Fina Miraflores Baja

Intense aromas of chalk and hydrocarbon notes sit above a saline palate marked by anise and basil. Palomino Fino comes mainly from the Casilla Verde vineyard in Miraflores Baja, around seven kilometres from the Atlantic, with a smaller share from neighbouring sites. The wine averages three to three and a half years under flor in a traditional criaderas-and-solera system.

Pale yellow in colour, the wine has concentrated aromas with old casks, dried flowers, nuts and a delicate nuance from biological ageing. The designation is Manzanilla–Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

Its Sanlúcar de Barrameda origin sits within Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.

Harvesting ran from late September to early November in five vineyard passes. The blend combines ninety percent Semillon with ten percent Sauvignon Blanc. Maturation lasts twenty months, split evenly between new barrels and barrels used for one previous wine. The finished wine has fourteen percent alcohol, 145 grams per litre of residual sugar and 3.6 grams per litre of total acidity.

Deep golden yellow with amber reflections, the profile carries candied fruit, acacia honey and roasted apricot. Air reveals plum, saffron, almond and green Chartreuse. The palate is opulent, with wood, while the finish is creamy. Cocoa bean, ginger and vanilla bring energy, and the wine is powerful without heaviness. The blend is ninety percent Semillon and ten percent Sauvignon Blanc.

Alcohol is 14.9 percent.

Dark fruit, black olive and mint appear with blackberry, blueberry, plum and pipe tobacco. The palate is opulent and textured. Fruit comes from the Munson Mountain estate vineyard.
Elena Fucci 2008 Titolo Aglianico del Vulture
Italian Red
Dark fruit, red cherry, raspberry and plum appear with spice, leather, balsamic herbs and crushed mineral. Bay, incense, camphor, juniper, anise and graphite are also present. The wine is dense, with lively acidity and a long finish. Aglianico grows at about 650 metres on volcanic soil containing lava and pozzolana. Malolactic fermentation takes place in oak. Alcohol is fourteen percent.
