Famille Hugel 2023 Muscat Classic
French White
Floral and open, this dry white carries Muscat notes of citrus and jasmine. The palate is dry, lively and mouthwatering. Muscat Ottonel makes up sixty percent of the blend, with forty percent Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented at controlled temperatures in casks or tanks without malolactic fermentation, lightly filtered and matured in bottle before release.
Le Raisin et l’Ange 2023 Pause Canon Rosé
French Rosé
Red and black fruit shape this round, fresh rosé, with a supple finish. The blend combines fifty percent Plant de Brunel with twenty percent Grenache Noir, twenty percent Syrah and ten percent Merlot. Vinification uses a higher share of whole clusters than the previous vintage, while ageing takes place in stainless steel. The grapes are certified organic, and the wine is made without oenological additives.
Oenops Wines 2024 Vidiano
Greek White
Lemon-yellow with green highlights, this white wine shows citrus, white flowers and subtle spice. Made entirely from Vidiano grown in mountainous Crete, the grapes are chilled, sorted and pressed as whole clusters. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in clay amphorae, concrete, large oak and stainless steel. Maturation lasts six to nine months in old oak, concrete and stainless steel before unfiltered bottling.
Orsi Vigneto San Vito 2018 Grotto Pignoletto
Italian White
Deep straw yellow, with tropical fruit, citrus zest and white flowers, this white wine is fruity, slightly mineral and persistent. Made entirely from Pignoletto, it comes from biodynamically farmed vines at 200 metres on limestone and clay. The grapes are hand-harvested, fermented spontaneously in large Slavonian-oak barrels, aged nine months on the lees and given six months in bottle.
Artakama 2023 Cabernet Franc
Canadian Red
This Cabernet Franc comes from the Black Sage–Osoyoos area of the Okanagan Valley and lists 13.2 percent alcohol. Low-input, low-intervention farming is paired with hands-off natural winemaking. Apart from a small sulphite addition at bottling, the process uses no commercial yeast, enzymes, powdered tannins, colour additives or Mega Purple. The listed sulphite addition is twenty-five to thirty-five parts per million.
Gabriëlskloof 2023 Whole Bunch Syrah
South African Red
Purple flowers, sour fig, dark chocolate and wet earth accompany blueberry, black cherry, black olive, clove, salted liquorice and cured meats. Powdery tannins and fresh acidity are also present. The Syrah is hand-picked, lightly crushed and whole-bunch fermented for ten days. Maturation lasts ten months, with three quarters in steel tanks and one quarter in older barrels.
Markovitis 2020 Xinomavro Naoussa
Greek Red
Sun-dried tomato, olive, cherry, strawberry, plum, lavender, sweet spices, dried fruit and leather form the profile. The wine is dry and balanced, with firm tannins and a long aftertaste. Made entirely from Xinomavro, it comes from organically farmed forty-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils with flint at 250 metres. The grapes are hand-harvested, wild-fermented and aged twelve months in used barrels.
Colombera & Garella 2022 Melascone
Italian Red
The blend contains sixty-five percent Nebbiolo, twenty percent Croatina and fifteen percent Vespolina. Strawberry, saline character and a mineral edge are present. The fruit comes from young vines in Bramaterra and Lessona vineyards outside the Costa della Sesia appellation. Melascone is a local dialect term for Nebbiolo, and the wine was previously called Costa della Sesia.
Colombera & Garella 2022 Vispavola
Italian Red
Made entirely from Vespolina, this deeply coloured red has an aromatic, spicy profile. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with ambient yeasts. Maturation lasts about one year in stainless steel, and the bottles are cellared for several months before release. The fruit comes from two parcels in Masserano at roughly 350 metres with southwest and southeast exposures.
Geographic Wines 2022 Landcraft Alvarinho
Portuguese White
Made entirely from Alvarinho grown on granitic and alluvial soils, the grapes are hand-harvested. Winemaking includes twelve hours of pre-fermentative maceration and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature. Ageing lasts eight months on full lees with periodic bâtonnage. Floral and citrus notes accompany a hint of dried fruit, with acidity, freshness and a persistent finish.

French Sparkling
Pastel yellow with golden reflections, this sparkling wine carries fine, regular bubbles. Toast, roasted notes and dried fruit accompany hazelnut and fresh butter. The grapes are hand-harvested and pressed whole. A first fermentation takes place in tank, while the second occurs in bottle by the traditional method. The blend includes Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir.
Lyrarakis 2025 Psarades Dafni PGI Crete
Greek White
Bay leaf, rosemary, lemon, grapefruit, sour orange and citrus blossom form the herbal and citrus profile of this dry white. Made entirely from Dafni, it comes from the Psarades vineyard in Crete. The site sits at an average 468 metres on marly limestone and sandstone, while the wine has a refreshing mouthfeel and an intense aftertaste.
Bodegas Contreras Ruiz 2025 El Sueño del Niño Moscatel de Alejandría
Spanish White
Made from Moscatel de Alejandría grown around Rociana del Condado, the grapes are harvested by hand in boxes during the third week of August. Winemaking includes skin contact, stainless-steel fermentation and six months on the lees, with a portion in French oak. The profile includes floral, citrus and Mediterranean-infusion notes, along with freshness, roundness, fruit and mineral tension.
Undurraga 2024 T.H. Peumo Carménère
Chilean Red
Raspberry, cherry, green pepper, dark chocolate and oak are present. The palate is medium-bodied, with vibrant acidity, a fresh, juicy mouthfeel, smooth tannins and a long finish. The Carménère comes from a small, low-yielding plot in Peumo with red clay above decomposing granite. Maturation lasts twelve months in French oak, including thirty-five percent new barrels.

Canadian Sparkling
Citrus, green apple, light pear and subtle biscuit form the profile. Fine, steady bubbles give a gentle lift across the palate, while bright acidity supports a crisp, lighter style. A clean citrus note appears at the end with a mild almond tone. Made in British Columbia from Chardonnay, this sparkling wine is suited to oysters, fried chicken, smoked salmon or goat cheese.
Pelissero 2017 Rigadin Langhe Riesling
Italian White
Golden colour with green highlights accompanies honey, butter, apricot, green pear, lemon and grapefruit. Flint, tobacco, tea, thyme, sage, nettles and hawthorn add further detail. The palate is concentrated and savoury, with acidity and mineral character. The Riesling vineyard sits at four hundred metres with a northern exposure, and low-temperature skin contact is used during production.
Calcarius 2019 Soul Glou Primitivo
Italian Red
Pomegranate, blood orange and summer herbs accompany wild berries, strawberry and balsamic notes, with a lightly tannic, crunchy finish. The Primitivo is hand-harvested and left in whole bunches for carbonic fermentation in sealed stainless steel. After two days on skins, the fruit is basket-pressed. Maturation lasts six months in stainless steel before unfined and unfiltered bottling with a small sulphur addition.
Callejuela 2019 La Choza Palomino de Flor
Spanish White
This unfortified Palomino comes from a four-hectare plot in Macharnudo at seventy-four metres elevation. The vines are listed as fifteen years old and grow on chalk, limestone, clay and sand. After pressing, the juice ferments at controlled temperature in stainless-steel and epoxy-lined tanks. Production is listed at roughly one hundred fifty cases, with alcohol between twelve and thirteen-and-a-half percent.
Culmina 2014 Merlot
Canadian Red
Plum, cherry, blackberry, anise, sweet and savoury spices, and toasted oak form the profile of this Merlot. Ripe dark and red berries meet toasted vanilla spice in a supple, smooth texture. Fruit from Arise Bench on the Golden Mile Bench is bottled unfiltered and unfined. Maturation lasts sixteen months in French oak, with fifteen percent new barrels.
Gustave Lorentz 2023 Pinot Gris Réserve
French White
Pale yellow, bright and clean, this Pinot Gris offers wild peach, pear and white fruit. The palate is generous and medium-bodied, with a mouth-filling texture, balanced acidity and a dry finish. Grapes from hillside vineyards around Bergheim are hand-picked and whole pressed. Fermentation uses natural and selected yeasts in stainless steel, followed by two rackings and six months in tank.
L-ST Projects 2025 Convida Vineyard Chardonnay
Canadian White
Tinned pineapple, mango at different stages of ripeness and a touch of salt define the profile of Chardonnay from Convida Vineyard in Skaha. Whole clusters are pressed before fermentation in neutral barrel, and full malolactic fermentation also takes place in neutral barrel. The wine has no significant bottle ageing before release. Alcohol is 12.5 percent, residual sugar is 1.68 grams per litre, and production totals seventy cases.
Tantalus 2024 Pinot Noir
American Red
Deep mahogany red in colour, the wine offers toasted cedar, violet, purple flowers, leather, forest floor, dark Bing cherry, earth, blackberry and baking spice. The palate is bright and fresh, with ripe cherry, Damson plum, cranberry, cinnamon, white pepper and fine, velvety tannins. Pinot Noir provides the full composition from Looney Vineyard in Oregon's Ribbon Ridge. Maturation lasts twelve months in French oak, one quarter new.
Cirelli Orange Abruzzo NV
Italian White
Pale orange in colour, the wine offers nectarine marmalade, orange peel, neroli, white peach, raw almond and linseed. Crisp acidity, fine tannins and a refreshing citrus finish shape the palate. The Trebbiano Abruzzese comes from clay and limestone soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed, then spend about thirty days on their skins in stainless steel. The wine is bottled unfiltered after roughly four months on fine lees.
Domaine Amélie & Charles Sparr 2022 Pensée Pinot Blanc
French White
Yellow stone fruit appears in a completely dry profile with freshness, modest roundness, floral and citrus notes, bright acidity and subtle minerality. Pinot Blanc provides the full composition. The grapes are picked in small crates, and the wine matures for twelve months on fine lees in stainless steel. Residual sugar measures 0.6 grams per litre, and organic farming is used.
Rigour & Whimsy 2022 The Beast Orange Wine
Canadian White
The cellar nickname followed this bottling to its final label, a first for the winery. During active-ferment checks, it was traditionally tasted last because its intensity made later samples difficult to assess. This organic orange wine comes from the Okanagan Valley. Maturation in neutral French oak lasts more than two years, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Scopone 2021 Rimani Toscana Rosso IGT
Italian Red
Dark ruby colour accompanies blackberry, cherry, plum, blackcurrant, cocoa, coffee, roasted spice and subtle vanilla. The palate is smooth, round and enveloping, with firm polished tannins and a long savoury finish. Cabernet Sauvignon accounts for half of the blend, Sangiovese for twenty percent, while Merlot and Syrah together make up the remaining thirty percent. Alcohol is 14.5 percent.

Bright yellow with green highlights, the wine brings together flint, white peach, green apple, acacia and fresh white fruit. Bright pink-red colour with shimmering reflections accompanies wild strawberry, tangerine peel, honey, citrus and raspberry. The palate is balanced and clear, with lively acidity, intense fruit and a fine citrus finish. Sangiovese provides the full composition. After forty to fifty minutes of skin contact, the juice ferments for about one month in temperature-controlled stainless steel and spends three to four months on the lees.
Johannes Zillinger 2023 Reflexion K* Grüner Veltliner
Austrian White
Bright orchard fruit and stone fruit appear with green apple, light pepper, mild salinity and a touch of lactic richness. A light fizz is present, and the finish is savoury, mineral and long. Grüner Veltliner provides the full composition from three vineyards. One lot matures in an old wooden barrel, another in stainless steel, and the third is vinified in a one-thousand-litre amphora.

French White
Pear, yellow flowers and caramel appear in the aromatics. The palate is pure and full, with transparent fruit extract, fine acidity, gentle bitterness and mineral character. Meslier Saint-François provides the full composition from vines averaging fifty-two years old on clay-limestone soils. Natural fermentation lasts forty-five days in fibre tanks. Maturation lasts five months in used 228-litre barrels. The wine is bottled unfiltered.
