Appearance is delightfully fresh, showing pale straw-green hues. The nose has initial savoury, herbal aromatics leading to subtle stone fruit and delicate citrus blossom notes. There is a distinct white peach character, as well as a fine, very pleasing oak presence. It shows sensational freshness, and creates a long lasting finish that literally meanders for minutes after each delicious sip.

Meanwhile, the mineral character brings about an exciting complexity.
Catena Chardonnay 2020
Harvested from three high altitude vineyard sites this wine shows an intense greenish colour in the glass and yellow fruit on the nose. The palate offers honey and tropical fruit flavours while lending notes of citrus, pears, peaches.
Pairs beautifully with white meat or fish and cream sauces, or on it's own with a comfy couch and good company.

A silvery yellow, this wine is perfectly brilliant and clear. Exotic fruits and honeyed notes on the nose, a combination of delicacy and strength. The lively attack on the palate is in complete balance with the rich, fat structure. The finish is a caress of citrus fruits and a long vanilla sweetness, typical of grapes dried on the vine. This sweet wine has enormous potential. To be drunk cold at 8° to 10°C and pairs perfectly with foie gras and cheeses.
