French White
Refined and quietly generous, with white flowers, grapefruit and peach skin over a subtle mineral line. The palate is smooth and harmonious, combining measured richness with fine acidity and a focused, very long finish. A gentle stony note keeps the texture composed. Serve cool rather than cold with scallops, roast poultry, butter-poached fish or creamy mushroom dishes.

French Red
Red cherry, crushed strawberry and rose petal appear in the bouquet. The palate is medium-bodied, with sappy, fleshy red fruit and a rounded, malleable texture. The finish is sweet. Fruit comes from a single 1.25-hectare parcel. The wine is made from Pinot Noir; grapes are harvested by hand, fully destemmed and moved into vat by gravity after sorting.
