Passion fruit, lime and nectarine lead the bouquet, joined by fresh stone fruit. The palate is lively and crisp, with bright grapefruit and subtle gravel-and-flint notes contributing a dry, mineral impression. After overnight skin contact, the juice was cool-fermented in stainless steel and spent extended time on the lees, producing a fuller, rounded texture before a dry citrus finish.
