Mango, candied ginger and fleshy ripe peach lead a concentrated, highly aromatic Riesling. The palate is rich and viscous but never heavy, driven by intense, complex acidity and a fine mineral thread from decomposed granite and sandy gravel soils. Dried apricot carries into an exceptionally long, seamless off-dry finish. Serve with spicy dishes, blue cheese or fruit-led desserts.
