Viña Marty 2023 Goutte d’Argent Pinot Noir
Chilean Red
Fresh red cherry, strawberry, cassis and blueberry meet rose, granite and leather. The palate is fresh, light and mineral, with juicy fruit, fine tannins and a persistent finish. Pinot Noir comes from the Leyda Valley. Fermentation uses Japanese sake yeast at low temperature in stainless steel, followed by thirty days on the lees with weekly stirring. The wine is sustainably farmed.
Tantalus 2014 Old Vines Riesling
Canadian White
Broken stone, wild herbs, earthy grass and eraser notes meet lime leaf, lime pith, green apple, verbena and pear. The palate is medium-bodied, with nervy acidity and a brisk, grippy finish. Riesling comes from an established two-acre block on deep silty soil. The fruit is sustainably farmed, cropped low and cellared for two years before release.
House of Brown 2021 Red Blend
American Red
Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir form an eighty-to-twenty blend. The translucent ruby wine combines hibiscus, tea rose, pomegranate and maraschino cherry with cinnamon, clove and lavender. Its light-bodied profile brings crisp acidity, fruit, spice and a lingering finish. Fruit comes from Lodi and the Cosumnes River area, and the finished wine is identified as sustainably produced and vegan.
Cave de Lugny 2023 L’Aurore Bourgogne Pinot Noir
French Red
Pinot Noir comes mainly from vineyards in Saint-Gengoux-de-Scissé and Cruzille. The vines average thirty years old on shallow limestone soils and south to southeast-facing slopes. Mechanical harvest is followed by a short maceration, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel and wooden vats, and complete malolactic fermentation. Raspberry, blackcurrant and spice appear with red fruit, liquorice and a fresh, soft finish.
Domaine de Naisse 2022 Mâcon-Villages Travers
French White
Chardonnay comes from twenty-year-old vines in the Naisse locality around the estate. The parcel lies on a northwest-facing slope, and the vines were planted on Riparia rootstock. The wine arose from a collaboration with a Paris restaurateur and wine merchant, with artwork by illustrator Matthias Bourdelier. Vineyard work follows sustainable, lutte-raisonnée practices in the Mâconnais.
Lunessence 2023 Estate Single Vineyard Chardonnay
Canadian White
Chardonnay from the Summerland Bench estate is foot trodden, wild fermented and aged for five months in French oak. Complete malolactic fermentation is used, and the texture is creamy. Honey, vanilla and red apple appear in a perfumed profile. The estate vineyard is farmed organically and sustainably in Summerland within the Okanagan Valley. Alcohol is thirteen and a half percent.
Familia Furlotti 2019 Malbec
Argentinian Red
Malbec comes from a twenty-acre Lunlunta vineyard at 3,300 feet. The site has alluvial soil and uses sustainable farming with vertical-shoot positioning. A pre-fermentation cold soak is followed by a cool, long fermentation with native yeast. Thirty percent of the wine rests in neutral French oak, followed by twelve months in bottle. It is lightly filtered before bottling.
Château Laurence 2016 Petite Laurence Bordeaux Supérieur
French Red
Merlot grows on clay and calcareous highlands for this Bordeaux Supérieur. Temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by sixteen months in French oak. Coffee, oak, blackberry jam, plum and tobacco appear in the profile. The palate is fruity, fresh and silky, with blackberry, strawberry and plum held by fine tannins. The estate identifies its farming as sustainable.
Colombera & Garella 2020 Cascina Cottignano Bramaterra
Italian Red
Nebbiolo forms eighty percent of the blend, with Croatina and Vespolina at ten percent each. The Cottignano parcel lies at 350 metres in Masserano, on acidic volcanic porphyritic sand. The organically farmed vines are twenty to fifty years old. Native-yeast fermentation follows destemming and soft crushing, with up to forty days on skins. The blend rests six months in concrete, then two years in an older large oak cask.
S.C. Pannell 2022 Basso Garnacha
Australian Red
Raspberry liqueur, red apple skin, autumn, dark spice and cinnamon appear with berry freshness and tea-like tannins. Hand-harvested Grenache fermented for fourteen days with a wild-yeast starter in stainless steel, including twenty percent whole bunches. Ageing lasted ten months in large French oak vats, with malolactic fermentation. The wine was bottled without fining or filtration. Thirty-year-old vines grow in Maslin Beach sand over red clay flecked with ironstone.
Vignoble de la Jarnoterie 2023 Préludise Rosé Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil
French Rosé
Bright and crisp, this dry rosé brings red-currant freshness, pepper and acidity. It is made entirely from Cabernet Franc grown on sand over clay in the Loire Valley. The wine is produced by the saignée method and fermented in stainless steel. The vineyards are farmed sustainably under HEV3, and the bottling closes with natural cork.
Michele Chiarlo 2023 Il Principe Langhe Nebbiolo
Italian Red
Brilliant garnet colour accompanies violet, red fruit and fine spice. The profile is harmonious and structured, with fine tannins and a round finish. Nebbiolo is vinified in steel tanks with ten days of skin maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel. Maturation lasts at least twelve months across steel, wood and bottle. The wine carries Equalitas sustainability certification.
Marion 2021 Borgo Valpolicella
Italian Red
Pale ruby colour with violet reflections accompanies small woodland fruit, cherry, perennial herbs and spice. The vineyards lie in Marcellise, outside the Classico zone, on hills east of Verona. The blend is sixty percent Corvina Grossa, twenty-five percent Corvina Gentile and fifteen percent Rondinella. Grapes are harvested by hand and pressed immediately. The vineyards are farmed sustainably, and the finished wine has twelve-point-five percent alcohol.
Mariatinto 2021 Red Blend
Mexican Red
Fresh dark and red fruit, blueberry, violets and rose petals meet spice, leather, cedar and roasted coffee. The blend combines Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Nebbiolo and Merlot, and matures for one year in French oak. The winery works with grapes from established growers around Ensenada and uses sustainable and organic practices in both vineyard and cellar.
Terravista Vineyards 2024 Proyecto Terruño Albariño Grand Island
American White
Ripe stone fruit, orange peel and lemon meringue accompany lemon and grapefruit with a silky mineral texture. Refreshing acidity and salinity sit beside weight from the lees and a medium-plus finish. Albariño from certified-sustainable Grand Island Vineyard was hand-picked on September 3, whole-cluster pressed, settled and cooled on site. The free-run juice fermented partly in concrete egg and partly in stainless steel.
Undurraga 2024 T.H. Peumo Carménère
Chilean Red
Raspberry, cherry, green pepper, dark chocolate and oak are present. The palate is medium-bodied, with vibrant acidity, a fresh, juicy mouthfeel, smooth tannins and a long finish. The Carménère comes from a small, low-yielding plot in Peumo with red clay above decomposing granite. Maturation lasts twelve months in French oak, including thirty-five percent new barrels.
Weingut Malat 2020 RAW Gelber Muskateller Orange Wine
Austrian White
Cloudy orange in colour, the wine combines ripe peach, apricot, grapefruit, white flowers, smoke and nutmeg. It is dry and piquant, with crisp acidity, tart yellow fruit and a creamy, yeasty texture. Gelber Muskateller is fermented on its skins, matured for six months in large old wooden casks and bottled unfiltered, with no sulphur added. Alcohol is ten percent.
DeLoach Vineyards 2019 Russian River Valley Chardonnay
American White
Bright citrus, lemon zest and peach form the aromatic profile. Bartlett pear, lemon curd, white flowers and baking spices appear on the palate, which is full-bodied, rich and weighty, with integrated acidity. Half of the wine ferments in French oak barrels and half in stainless steel, with some malolactic fermentation. Ageing lasts fourteen months, using ten percent new French oak. It contains fourteen and a half percent alcohol.
Castello di Tassarolo 2023 Il Castello Gavi
Italian White
This dry white is made entirely from Cortese grown in Gavi, Piedmont. It contains thirteen percent alcohol and matures for five months in stainless steel. Organic certification comes from BIOS, while AGRIBIO provides biodynamic certification; the wine is also sustainable and vegan. A natural cork closes the glass bottle, and residual sugar is below five grams per litre.
Elian da Ros 2023 Le Vin est Une Fête Côtes du Marmandais
French Red
Abouriou, Cabernet Franc and Merlot form this red blend. Merlot and Cabernet Franc are destemmed and fermented in vats, while Abouriou is vinified in whole clusters with semi-carbonic maceration. Maturation lasts about ten to twelve months in foudres, older barrels and concrete before slight filtration. Red and dark fruit appear with spice, lively structure and an alcohol level of twelve-and-a-half percent.
Kechris 2023 Tear of the Pine Retsina
Greek White
Assyrtiko grows in Macedonia on clay-loam soils at 270 to 320 metres, from vines twelve to seventeen years old. Fermentation takes place in oak with selected fresh pine resin, followed by six months on fine lees. The dry white wine has 6.5 grams per litre of total acidity, 13.5 percent alcohol and 2.8 grams per litre of residual sugar. Viticulture is sustainable.
Domaine Jean-Paul Picard & Fils 2025 Le Chemin de Marloup Sancerre Blanc
French White
Pale yellow colour shows brilliant highlights. Exotic fruit and citrus aromas accompany a mineral note, while the palate is dry and focused. Sauvignon Blanc comes from limestone-clay soils on the slopes around Bué, where the family cultivates fourteen hectares and retains manual harvesting. The wine records 13.5 percent alcohol and sits within the Sancerre appellation.
Markham Vineyards 2021 Napa Valley Merlot
American Red
Ripe raspberry, plum jam and caramel from oak ageing are present. Red fruit, minerality and velvety chocolate-covered cherries accompany structure, mid-palate weight and a long, round finish. The blend is ninety-one percent Merlot, seven percent Cabernet Sauvignon and two percent Malbec. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with fifteen days of skin contact. The wine spends sixteen months in oak barrels, thirty percent new.
Château Pailhas 2022 Saint-Émilion
French Red
Red fruit, blackcurrant, blackberry, Morello cherry and spice shape the profile. The blend is eighty percent Merlot and twenty percent Cabernet Franc. The vines average thirty-five years on clay-limestone soils and are mechanically harvested. Vinification takes place in concrete and stainless-steel tanks. Ageing is divided evenly between new barrels and barrels that have held at least one wine.
Château Jacques Noir 2018 Saint-Émilion
French Red
Made entirely from Merlot grown on clay, this red is aged in barrel. Ample, deep fruit accompanies blackcurrant, spice and wood-aged flavours. The palate has a firm, fine tannic structure. Production for this release amounted to 48,400 bottles, and alcohol is fourteen percent. Brilliant ruby colour, red fruit and toasted notes are also part of the profile.
Henschke 2024 Peggy’s Hill Riesling
Australian White
Pale straw colour with lime-green reflections accompanies white florals, almond blossom, lime and white peach. The palate is rich and concentrated, with ripe citrus, bright acidity, mineral texture and length. Riesling from Eden Valley growers is hand-picked, partly crushed and chilled, gently pressed, cool-fermented and kept on lees. Some vines are up to fifty years old, and alcohol is eleven and a half percent.
Cantine Volpi 2021 La Zerba Derthona Timorasso Colli Tortonesi
Italian White
Ripe stone fruit, chamomile, sweet spice and herbal notes accompany an exotic perfume. The wine has oily richness, ample acidity and a grassy finish. Timorasso was harvested by hand, gently pressed and fermented slowly at cool temperature in stainless steel before resting in old oak barrels. The finished wine is certified organic, sustainable and vegan. It comes from Colli Tortonesi in Piedmont.
Castello di Ama 2021 Ama Chianti Classico DOCG
Italian Red
Bright ruby colour accompanies violet, redcurrant, cherry and strawberry. The palate has fruit, polished tannins and fresh acidity. The blend is ninety-six percent Sangiovese and four percent Merlot. Each variety ferments separately with ambient yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Manual pumpovers and twenty-five days of cuvaison are used for both grapes. Malolactic fermentation takes place in steel before blending and ageing in second-passage fine-grained oak barrels. The estate holds Equalitas certification for sustainable viticulture.
Anapea Village 2020 Margo Kvareli Red
Georgian Red
Blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe red fruit appear with ripe cherry, wild berries and honey. The palate is round and full-bodied, with a long finish. Made entirely from estate-grown Saperavi, the wine is fermented on white-grape skins. It is certified organic and is also identified as sustainable, minimally intervened and vegan. This was the first release of the experimental cuvée.
Heidi Schröck & Söhne 2021 Furmint
Austrian White
Pale yellow-green colour with silver reflections accompanies tobacco, herbal spice, grapefruit zest, Nashi pear and dark mineral notes. White pome fruit, fresh acidity, lime and a mineral-salty finish are also present. Furmint from the Turner and Vogelsang sites grows on loamy sand with gravel, grey quartz and slate. Natural fermentation takes place in acacia; maturation lasts ten months in large acacia casks.
