Dominio de Punctum 2023 Galerna Garnacha
Intense cherry colour shows violet reflections. Red berries, cherry, potpourri, wintergreen, spice, cedar and leather accompany a smooth, medium-bodied palate with juicy fruit, soft tannins and refreshing acidity. The dry finish is medium in length. Made from Garnacha in Castilla, the wine is produced from organically grown grapes and is identified as vegan, sustainable and carbon conscious.
The Crossings 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough
Fresh herbs, passionfruit and mandarin shape the aroma. Pure fruit and bright acidity lead into a complex, mineral finish. Fruit from the Awatere and Wairau valleys was harvested from March 26 to April 13. Individual parcels were fermented separately with selected yeasts during a long, cool fermentation. The wine is vegan and made from sustainably grown grapes, with 12.5 percent alcohol.
Alamos 2024 Malbec Mendoza
Dark berry, blackberry and ripe raspberry meet crushed violet and white pepper. The wine has deep purple colour with violet hues, concentrated fruit and a long, velvety finish. Made entirely from Malbec in Mendoza, it contains 13 percent alcohol. The profile also includes subtle sweet spice, while ripe tannins give the finish a silky texture.
Domaene Gobelsburg 2023 Rosé Niederösterreich
Pale rose colour accompanies strawberry, kumquat, cherry and fine herbal notes. Onion-skin tones are also present. The palate is juicy and slender, with fresh acidity, gentle spice and a cherry-led finish. Made from Zweigelt in Niederösterreich, the wine is fermented and matured in stainless steel. It carries Sustainable Austria certification and contains 12 percent alcohol.
Jacob’s Creek 2021 Double Barrel Chardonnay
Apricot, ripe pineapple, butter and vanilla shape this rich Chardonnay. Citrus, toast and subtle malty notes are also present, while the texture is rounded and fruit-driven. The wine undergoes cool fermentation, matures in wine barrels and finishes ageing in whisky barrels. Grapes come from South Australia, and the wine is certified through Sustainable Winegrowing Australia and Freshcare.
Hammeken Cellars 2024 El Tocador Old Vines Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine has deep cherry colour with violet hues, ripe berries, plum and hints of chocolate. The full-bodied palate brings fresh fruit, soft toasted notes, balanced acidity and velvety tannins, followed by a long, smooth finish. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Castilla-La Mancha, it is sustainably farmed, dry and oak-influenced. Alcohol is 14 percent and residual sugar is 2.6 grams per litre.
Gunderloch 2024 Fritz’s Riesling
Stone fruit and lime are joined by fresh natural acidity and a light dusting of spice. The wine is dry, fresh and aromatically lifted. Riesling grows on the Roter Hang, where red slate, proximity to the Rhine, southeast-facing steep slopes and sun exposure support ripening. The bottling comes from Rheinhessen and is classified as sustainably farmed.
Uggiano 2023 Sangiovese Syrah Toscana IGT
Fresh redcurrant, morello cherry, ripe plum and bramble appear with warm spice and a hint of oak. Supple tannins and bright acidity meet in a smooth finish. Sangiovese and Syrah are fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The Syrah spends nine months in French oak, while the Sangiovese remains in stainless steel before blending. This Tuscan red is sustainably produced and vegan.
Artesano de Argento 2024 Organic White Malbec
Light hazelnut, lemon and sliced apple appear in a crisp, medium-bodied profile with a clean finish. Made from Malbec without skin contact, the wine retains a pale colour while showing apple and cherry notes. The fruit comes from Agrelo in Mendoza. Organically grown grapes and vegan production are joined by certified sustainable practices. Alcohol is twelve and a half percent.
Leaping Horse 2021 Chardonnay
Medium-bodied and pale yellow, with citrus, green apple, pear and tropical-fruit aromas and flavours. Lemon zest and tight mineral character appear in a refreshing finish. The Chardonnay comes from Lodi and spends five months in new French oak. Alcohol is thirteen and a half percent. The fruit is drawn from sustainably farmed vineyards, where cover crops, drip irrigation and organic materials are among the vineyard practices.
Pebble Lane Chardonnay
Bright citrus and red apple aromas carry vanilla and butterscotch notes. The palate adds fresh pear and lively tropical fruit in a soft, medium-bodied profile. Crisp acidity, bright fruit and subtle oak remain in balance. The grapes come from sustainably certified estate vineyards in northern Monterey County. Whole clusters are pressed, cold-fermented in stainless steel and aged in French oak for eight months.
Vineka 2025 Bianco IGP Puglia
Bright yellow colour has green flecks. Exotic and citrus fruit appear with floral and grassy notes. Pear, mango and Meyer lemon are also present. Vibrant acidity and a subtle mineral streak accompany a clean, refreshing finish. The blend combines Verdeca and Bianco d’Alessano from Puglia and is identified as sustainably produced. Suggested pairings include seafood, shellfish, grilled chicken with mixed greens or fried pork spiedini.
Vineka 2025 Rosso IGP Puglia
A bright ruby colour accompanies dark berry and stone-fruit aromas with liquorice and fresh herbs. Blackberry, cassis and plum appear on the full-bodied palate, supported by fresh acidity and smooth, velvety tannins. The finish has length. The blend combines Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera from Puglia and is identified as sustainably produced. Suggested pairings include cured meats, aged cheeses and grilled game.
Weingut Frank 2024 Grüner Veltliner Weinviertel DAC
Medium yellow-green colour shows silver reflections. Delicate herbal spice, yellow pear, fresh orange zest and tobacco nuances appear with white orchard fruit. The medium-bodied palate includes subtle sweetness and integrated acidity; floral honey is present in the finish. Grüner Veltliner from Weinviertel contains twelve-point-five percent alcohol and spends six months in stainless steel. It is certified Sustainable Austria and vegan.
Seven Terraces 2024 Oaked Chardonnay
Ripe peach, nectarine and citrus appear with vanilla and subtle spice from oak. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with a creamy texture and fresh acidity. Fermentation takes place in a combination of oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks. Chardonnay from Hawke’s Bay accounts for the entire blend. The wine contains thirteen-point-five percent alcohol and carries Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand certification.
