Deep ruby-garnet colour accompanies cherry, plum and blackberry, with spice, violet and camphor. The palate is full-bodied, velvety and balanced, with fruit, berry, graphite, liquorice and dried-thyme notes. A long finish is also present. Six to eight days of skin maceration precede alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The wine then spends at least ten months in large oak casks, followed by time in enamelled vats and one month in bottle.

The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Chile's Central Valley; tannins are medium and grippy, and alcohol is 13.5 percent.

The vines grow in silty-loam soils and were fifteen to eighteen years old at harvest. The wine carries 13.1 percent alcohol and pairs readily with fresh British Columbia produce, seafood, dim sum, ramen, spicy curry or barbecue chicken.

Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Amarela form a red Douro blend. Ruby colour accompanies red-fruit and tea-leaf aromas, joined by pepper and a slate-like mineral note. The palate is fresh, structured and long, with integrated tannins. Medium body, black fruit, blueberry, spice and violet also characterize the dry style, which is suited to pork or grilled sausages.

Plum, raisin, spice, clove and vanilla appear in a rich, fruit-led profile. Soft tannins and lifted acidity give the palate structure and balance. Merlot accounts for sixty percent of the blend and Corvina forty percent. The wine comes from Veneto and has an intense ruby-red colour with purple highlights. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed and barrel fermented, then remained in barrel until the following March before bottling.
