Sainte-Anne 2021 Cotes-du-Rhone Villages
In a hidden gem of the Cotes-du-Rhone Villages, Saint-Gervais, winemaker Guy Steinmaier channels his Burgundy roots into this classic, Grenache-forward Rhône blend. Set just northwest of Tavel and Lirac, Saint-Gervais sits along the same latitude as renowned Gigondas, yielding a wine brimming with concentrated currant, plum, and red raspberry preserves, complemented by white pepper and subtle mineral and earthy tones.
This vibrant, traditional expression pairs beautifully with slow-cooked lamb stew with apricots and warm spices or a spiced lentil and roasted red pepper curry with coconut milk and cumin.
Domaine Sainte-Anne Cotes du Rhone Blanc 2023
Vibrant and refreshing. The nose displays an enticing bouquet of lemon and grapefruit, with subtle floral notes and a hint of minerality. Crisp and zesty on the palate, citrus flavors shine bright with notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, along with hints of peach and apricot. A mineral undertone provides a nice balance and complexity.
Its bright acidity and fruit-forward character make it a refreshing pair with seafood dishes.

Nicol Bouche Cidre Bretagne
A powerful nose of baked apple, honey and a hint of cinnamon. A beautiful bitterness on the palate without being excessive. This is a very sophisticated Summer cider!
It shows remarkable depth, the result of a slow, traditional method of fermentation lasting up to six months. Nicol’s bittersweet apples are the key to this fermentation, providing the perfect tannin-to-acid balance.
Aydie 2019 Madiran Ode D’Aydie
Baumard 2023 La Caleche
Low yields, hand harvesting and farmed according to organic principles. 9 months in vats on fine lees.
Aromas of pears, lemons, peaches and honey with floral and mineral hints. Great tension on the palate, which is pure with persistence and incredible precision. An easy wine to drink with well-balanced acidity and great structure.
Champ Du Moulin 2019 Bordeaux Superieur
50% Merlot | 50% Cabernet Sauvignon
Family-owned and certified organic since 2013. A seductive red, the nose offers enticing fruit-filled aromas. Look for plum and blackberry, savoury herb and subtle oak spice finishing with ripe tannins. Needs a bit of cellar time, but showing quite beautifully now!
