Blackcurrant and blueberry accompany violet and sweet spice. The texture is velvety, with supple tannins, lively acidity and a long finish. The vineyard is farmed organically in Beaujolais.

White flowers, green apple and pear appear with citrus and a saline mineral finish. The Chardonnay comes from a 1.4-hectare parcel at Pizay, planted with vines ten to fifteen years old. Production totalled around twelve thousand bottles.
