About Famille Dutraive
Famille Dutraive grew out of the family's response to severe hail in its Fleurie vineyards in 2016 and 2017. Jean-Louis Dutraive and his children Lucas, Justin and Ophélie began buying grapes from selected growers to keep making wine through those difficult harvests. They vinify the grapes under the Famille Dutraive name, choosing growers whose farming is compatible with their organic approach. In the cellar, they favour whole bunches, native yeasts and gentle handling.
