Penley Estate 2020 Atlas Shiraz
Australian Red
Ripe berry fruit is joined by spice and a hint of pepper in a dry, full-bodied style. Oak is integrated rather than dominant, and tannins are present on the palate. The Shiraz is a modern Coonawarra expression with medium-to-full body and generous flavour. The Coonawarra setting has terra rossa soils over limestone and a cool climate.
Château de Sancerre 2017 Sancerre Blanc 375 mL
French White
White peach, pear and grape lead an expressive profile, followed by violet and acacia as the wine opens. The palate is soft and round, with concentrated fruit and bright acidity. White peach, rose, violet, grapefruit and apricot appear through a long, generous finish. Sauvignon Blanc comes from four Sancerre soil types. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, and fine-lees ageing lasts at least eight months.
Domaine Gayda Flying Solo 2025 Rosé
French Rosé
Bright pale pink colour with salmon highlights opens into acacia, elderflower, wild berry and grapefruit. The palate begins with lively acidity and immediate freshness, then adds raspberry, fresh grapefruit and a fuller mid-palate. Mouth-watering acidity carries the finish. The blend is equal parts Grenache and Cinsault. Direct pressing precedes fermentation between twelve and sixteen degrees, followed by three months on fine lees.
Bisquertt La Joya 2020 Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon
Chilean Red
The red-wine profile includes ruby-red colour with violet edges, cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant, eucalyptus, clove, nutmeg and smoky notes. Cabernet Sauvignon is the sole grape. The palate carries medium acidity, while the tannins are velvety. The wine comes from Colchagua and spends eight to ten months in French oak barrels. Its finish is pleasant and persistent.
Quevedo Tawny Port
Portuguese Fortified
Roasted almond, nougat, fig, orange peel and light fruitcake form an accessible tawny profile. The mouthfeel is soft, with rustic edges and a short finish carrying noticeable alcohol warmth. Touriga Nacional is joined by Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Barroca and Tinta Cão. This non-vintage Port comes from Portugal's Douro Valley and can be served slightly chilled with fruitcake or crème caramel.
Saget La Perrière 2022 La Petite Perrière Sauvignon Blanc
French White
Ripe yellow fruit and exotic fruit appear in the aroma, while the palate is intensely mineral, linear and persistent. Sauvignon Blanc is harvested at dawn to help preserve freshness. Traditional temperature-controlled fermentation is used, and oak ageing is avoided to preserve the fruit aromas. This dry white comes from the Loire and is classified as Vin de France.

Vermentino and Viognier grow on clay-limestone slopes in Languedoc. The grapes are harvested at night and directly pressed without maceration. The separate wines rest on fine lees; after blending, the wine ages in tank on fine lees.
Bucci 2018 Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore
Italian White
Deep straw colour leads into a fruity, persistent profile of Golden Delicious apple and almond. The palate has good body, balance, silky texture and finesse. Verdicchio is harvested by hand, gently pressed and vinified by vineyard parcel in stainless steel. Only the first pressing is selected, with no skin contact. The wines remain on their lees until spring, and malolactic fermentation is not induced.
Cornellana XL 40 Years 2013 Red Blend Reserve
Chilean Red
Carménère forms eighty-five percent of the blend, joined by ten percent Cabernet Franc and five percent Syrah. Fermentation uses wild yeasts, and the wine matures for twelve months in French oak. The profile is full-bodied and silky, with balanced acidity. This organic red comes from Peumo in Chile's Cachapoal Valley. It suits red meat, mature cheese or game.

Baked apple, poached pear, tangerine and pink grapefruit appear in a spicy, fruit-led profile. The wine is full-bodied and off-dry, with grapefruit, lemon and apple character. Blackcurrant and crushed raspberry appear in a fresh, fruit-led profile. Grenache accounts for sixty percent of the blend and Syrah forty percent. Fruit is selected from the southern Rhône between Montélimar and Nîmes. The grapes are destemmed and receive a cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by about fifteen days in temperature-controlled vats with pumping over. The wine ages in vats.

Grapes are hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard; each variety ferments separately before the finished wines are blended.

Bright lemon curd, stones, green apple, wood spice and citrus shape the profile. Whole bunches are pressed and cold-settled for two days. Fermentation takes place in thirty percent stainless steel and seventy percent French oak, twelve percent of it new. The wine spends ten months on primary lees with regular bâtonnage. Creaminess appears with lemon and stone character, freshness and a warming finish.

Barbera from the Langhe and Roero area spends six months in barrel. The vineyards stand on high and mid-hillsides over compact clayey marl and calcareous marl. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation after seven to eight days on the skins. The estate sits above the Tanaro River at Santa Vittoria d'Alba, and its tower dates to 1386.

Made entirely from Trebbiano in Abruzzo, this Italian orange wine carries the Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC designation. The profile is balanced and intense, with the grape-skin contact giving the white wine its amber-orange style.
Rinomata Cantina Tombacco 2023 Pecorino Terre di Chieti IGT

Brilliant yellow, with exotic fruit and soft spice in an intense profile. The palate is structured, supported by good acidity and mineral notes, with a delicate burst of exotic fruit on the finish. Made entirely from Pecorino in Abruzzo, the wine carries the Terre di Chieti IGT designation. It is dry, still and contains thirteen and a half percent alcohol.
