White Walnut Estate 2023 Worden Hill Road Chardonnay
American White
White peach, white pepper, saline and seashell notes accompany tight citrus acidity. Flinty spice and lemon verbena are present with lime zest and fresh flowers. The medium-bodied palate is tangy, mineral, vivid and vibrant, with a clean, fresh character and a Chablis-like feel. Its linear shape remains ripe and energetic. Fruit comes from a Chardonnay site along Worden Hill Road in the Willamette Valley.
Ekho 2022 Santorini Assyrtiko
Greek White
Chamomile, green tea and bergamot appear with basil, citrus zest and white pepper. The palate is steely and oily, with sharp acidity, white nectarine, tea, ginger, tension, salinity and a mineral finish. Fruit comes from a single Megalochori vineyard beside the caldera rim, planted to ungrafted basket-trained Assyrtiko more than 150 years old. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel; the wine spends eleven months on lees with regular stirring.
Thierry Pillot 2022 Bourgogne Blanc
French White
Fruit comes from vines more than forty years old in Puligny-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin. The wine ferments and matures for one year in older 350-litre barrels, followed by six months in stainless steel. Citrus, floral and green-apple aromas accompany succulent, round and vibrant middleweight flavours. Fine weight, depth and a touch of spice are present, with a fresh, citric character. The vineyards are farmed organically.
Domaine de Marcoux 2023 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc

Roussanne and Bourboulenc come from two separate parcels. Fennel and fleshy fruit appear in a smooth white. The grapes are hand harvested in fifty-kilogram boxes, then cooled for settling before alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out. Maturation lasts seven months on fine lees. The vineyards are farmed organically, and the finished wine has fourteen percent alcohol.
J.J. Prüm 2007 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese
German White
Riesling comes from the steep, south-southwest-facing Wehlener Sonnenuhr vineyard on weathered grey slate. Grapes are hand picked and fermented in stainless steel with wild yeast. Fine fruit, refreshing acidity and delicate minerality form a balanced profile. Slate and flowers appear with peach and lime, while the texture is silky and the finish is long. Alcohol is seven-and-a-half percent.
Olivier Leflaive 2014 Chassagne-Montrachet Les Pierres
French White
Chardonnay grows on clay-limestone soil over a rocky bank at 230 to 250 metres. The grapes are hand harvested, pressed immediately and gently, and lightly filtered. Ageing lasts sixteen months in barrel, including four months after the lots are assembled; twenty percent of the oak is new. Citron, earth, pear, sap and mineral elements appear in an intense, structured profile with a long, supple finish. Alcohol is twelve-and-a-half percent.
Tiberio 2021 Fonte Canale Trebbiano d’Abruzzo
Italian White
Trebbiano Abruzzese comes from a 1.5-hectare vineyard at 350 metres, with ninety-six-year-old vines on calcareous clay over sand. Only static free-run juice is used. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts takes place in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation; the wine is neither fined nor filtered. Green apple, nectarine, mandarin, lemon peel, white flowers, anise, mineral character, acidity and a long finish are present.
Domaine Billaud-Simon 2023 Chablis Premier Cru Montée de Tonnerre
French White
White-gold colour with green reflections accompanies mineral and spice notes. The Chardonnay shows freshness, sweet fruit and floral detail, with body and an oily texture. The Montée de Tonnerre climat lies beside the former Roman road linking Auxerre and Tonnerre, where the route climbs toward the plateau. A serving temperature of ten to twelve degrees Celsius is recommended.
Alice et Olivier De Moor 2023 Nuova Descriptio Vin de France
French White
The blend combines sixty percent Sauvignon Blanc with twenty percent Aligoté and twenty percent Chardonnay. Sauvignon Blanc is divided between direct pressing into amphora and whole-bunch maceration in tank. Aligoté macerates on skins in tank, while Chardonnay is directly pressed and ferments in barrel. The finished wine is lightly filtered and has gentle grip and bitterness. The organically farmed fruit is harvested by hand.
J.J. Prüm 2005 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese
German White
Peach, apricot, candied citrus, honey, flowers, smoke and slate minerality are present. Baked apple and vanilla appear on the palate alongside floral detail, vanilla cream and nut paste. Fermentative aromas are present. The finish is long, with spicy botrytis. The Riesling comes from slate sites in the Mosel. Concentration and an airy character are both present.

Rosewater, ginger and Asian pear appear in the aromas. Grilled pineapple, rosemary and ripe apricot are present on the palate. The wine is tense and textural, with a savoury finish. It comes from the Dekleva Vineyard southwest of Oliver, where Chardonnay vines approach fifty years of age. The vineyard sits beneath Mount Kobau and the Thompson Plateau and includes the distinctive Dekleva clone.

Maturation lasts twelve months in barrel, with ten percent new oak. The wine contains fifteen percent alcohol.

Bright and vivid, with energy. The palate is rich and salty, with a firm backbone, length, intensity, nuance and layers of complexity. The Chardonnay spent forty-three months ageing, and only one barrel was made. No sulphur was added. The wine comes from the Mâconnais in Burgundy and is certified organic. Precise reduction and texture are also present.

Green herb and toast accompany bright, fresh fruit. White grapefruit and lemon are juicy and mouthwatering, with white pepper and a steely, long finish. The profile is concentrated. This dry white is made entirely from Chardonnay and contains 13.5 percent alcohol. The vineyard has a thin clay-limestone topsoil and was planted in the mid-1970s. Maturation lasts eighteen months on fine lees, including at least ten months in wood.

Mahogany colour and a deeply candied character accompany balanced sweetness and preserved-fruit notes. The fruit came from the Altenberg de Bergheim vineyard. This sweet white is made from Pinot Gris in Alsace and bears the Sélection de Grains Nobles designation. Successive selections of noble-rot-affected berries are part of the production, and this Pinot Gris style has extreme concentration.

An intense golden colour with amber reflections accompanies candied citrus, dried flowers, Mediterranean herbs, resin and oriental spice. The profile is structured and deep, with salinity, freshness and a persistent finish. Zibibbo from Pantelleria underwent extended skin contact and natural vinification in buried amphorae. The vines grow on volcanic and sandy soils of lava origin. Natural agriculture, no chemical treatments and Biodynamic practices are used.

Italian White
Amber-yellow colour appears with ripe apricot, orange peel, spice, dried flowers and honey. The profile is enveloping, savoury, fresh and intense. Trebbiano Spoletino underwent spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel without added sulphur and remained on the skins for more than twenty days. Maturation lasted twenty-four months in stainless-steel vessels, including more than two hundred days with fine lees. The wine carries 13.5 percent alcohol.
Naboso 2021 Doma Magnum 1.5 L
Slovak White
Ripe creamy yellow fruit, citrus, spice and dried herbs appear with honey and rose-petal nuances. The profile is dry, medium-bodied and lively, with freshness, juiciness, integrated acidity and fine tannins. Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Roter Traminer and Roter Sylvaner fermented separately on their skins with stems. After pressing, the wine spent one year on fine lees in neutral acacia and oak barrels.
Nicolas Joly 2024 Clos de la Bergerie Savennières Roche-aux-Moines
French White
Tonic character, fine bitter notes, vibrant texture, ripe-fruit flavours and freshness are present in this Chenin. The seven-hectare parcel has moderately sloped, east-facing ground and schist soils, with vines around thirty years old. Biodynamically grown fruit is vinified without chaptalisation, temperature control or a second yeast addition. Ageing takes place in seasoned oak, with one or two rackings and batonnage, and the wine is unfiltered.
Roland Lavantureux 2018 Vauprin Chablis Magnum 1.5 L

Yellow flowers, mirabelle, crushed rock and light hazelnut form a harmonious aroma. The palate has fine acidity, tension and a persistent finish. Clarity, steely character and a mouth-watering quality appear with a textured profile and a light touch of oak. This Chardonnay comes from the high, south-southeast-facing Vauprin parcel in Lignorelles, within Chablis. The site has Kimmeridgian subsoil.
Battenfeld-Spanier 2019 Frauenberg GG Riesling
German White
Herbs, mineral notes and yellow fruit form a dense profile with additional spice. The palate is generous and complete, with balance among fruit, acidity and substance. Delicate acidity is closely woven into the structure, and the expression is clear. This dry Riesling comes from the Frauenberg site in Rheinhessen and carries 12.5 percent alcohol.
RAEN 2022 Lady Marjorie Chardonnay Sonoma Coast
American White
White peach, crunchy nectarine, crushed wet gravel and white spring flowers appear in this Chardonnay. Zesty lime blossom, stone fruit and fresh apricot join mineral-laced acidity, subtle salinity and a long, bright finish. The fruit comes from five acres of rocky soils in Fort Ross-Seaview on the Sonoma Coast. Whole clusters are pressed, fermentation takes place natively in barrel, and alcohol is thirteen percent.
Alice & Olivier De Moor 2023 Chablis L’Humeur du Temps
French White
Citrus, saline and flinty notes appear in a tense, mineral Chardonnay from several organically farmed parcels in Chablis. The blend draws on four sites: one hectare of north-west-facing brown clay, two smaller south-facing parcels on yellow clay, and a fourth small parcel on flat land. Biodynamic and vegan classifications are also stated, and alcohol is 12.5 percent by volume.

This white Burgundy is made from Chardonnay under the Chablis Premier Cru appellation. The estate's Premier Cru vineyards are farmed organically on limestone-derived soils. Full malolactic fermentation and lees maturation appear across the range. Stainless steel is the common vessel, while certain parcels also involve oak or earthenware. Spring frost, a hot spring and summer drought preceded the early-September harvest.

The aroma is broad, with faint toast and faint spice. Toast is also present in the flavours, alongside intensity and concentration. The finish has spice-bread notes. Barrel toasting was adjusted. Chardonnay comes from a village-classified site in Meursault. Harvest ran from August twenty-fourth through August thirty-first. The wine is white, and alcohol is thirteen percent by volume.

Clear, elegant aromas include concentrated bright fruit with light flinty and smoky notes. The wine is round, juicy, supple and silky, with delicate bitterness on the finish. Lemon, pear and apple accompany a stony, precise and balanced profile and a lingering finish. Riesling grows on granite terraces that face south beside the castle. The wine is dry, delicate and chiselled.

Fresh orchard fruit, light floral notes and beeswax appear with crisp, vivid acidity. The wine is light-bodied and balanced, with minerality and a long finish. Riesling grows on the granite soils of Schlossberg. Alcohol is 14.5 percent. The grapes are biodynamically grown under Demeter certification. The golden-yellow wine also shows grapefruit, ripe pear, tobacco, lemon and saline notes.

Pale, brilliant yellow colour accompanies citrus, white flowers and other fine exotic aromas. The texture is creamy and fine, with freshness, minerality and a long finish. The Roussanne grows on rolled-pebble soils in southern France. Vinification and maturation take place in small ten-hectolitre foudres and Burgundy barrels. The wine is produced under IGP Costières de Nîmes.
Le Macchiole 2021 Paleo Bianco Toscana IGT
Italian White
The blend is seventy percent Chardonnay and thirty percent Sauvignon Blanc. Winemaking includes ten days in oak. Maturation lasts eight months: ten percent in new oak, seventy percent in second-, third- and fourth-use barrels and tonneaux, and twenty percent in stainless steel. Harvest began during the third week of August. The profile has Mediterranean character, intensity, flavour and depth, and the wine is produced in small quantities.
Génot-Boulanger 2021 Meursault Clos du Cromin
French White
Fennel appears with light reduction, while the palate is balanced, lightly spiced, and marked by sour lemon and orange rind. Depth and tenderness accompany a finish of moderate length. The Chardonnay is hand harvested, crushed and whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation takes place in oak after light settling. Maturation lasts twelve months in oak and six months in stainless steel; the wine is not filtered.
