Toasty fruit and autumn leaves shape the nose. Baked pear appears on the palate, joined by roasted nuts and a fresh citrus finish. Biodynamic farming, sustainable sourcing, sustainable production and very low sulphur levels frame the winemaking approach. Alcohol is 13 percent. Suggested pairings include chicken, daal and chicken satay. The wine comes from France’s Burgundy region.
